There are about 8,000 members in this underground group.

Then bring over eight thousand peeps to our gates. We'll sort them out.

Hlaomarr has heard of the Silk Road and the trading alliances of the south. We want in. :)

T'is the spice road friend, and Aspidis will await the decision of Erinaum as well as the city-state itself.

A messenger eagle arrives, intelligence of an army of 16,000 of the Albitonic forces are behind a small range of hills to the south.

Upon the arrival of the messenger eagle, due to the elite cloning tactics that is love, Aspian imperators gather up their ranks and two forces of 21,000 forces, one heading down to the area that was mentioned as another force heads for the same destination, however taking a longer route to wrap around and to hide in a nearby forest range with scouts at the treeline to watch and to ensure that the group is not going anywhere, and to ensure that no one comes to aid said group.

Aurian sea explorers in the north find land and start going west.

The construction of the Bastion of Hope begins.

Grunter, you don't have time to do that during negotiations.

Either way, that was only a hint of what was out there.  As the Albitonic army comes from the south and reach the top of the hill, they blow horns.  After the sound of the horn resounds and dies out in the hills, the sound of horns and thundering drums fills the hills from the East and West.  The drums then get drowned out by a mighty chorus of shouts.  Two more armies come over the hills to the East and West, each 50,000 in number.

Well the negotiations and the troop movements are both separate as of present, the generals back at home have no idea about the negotiations and just think of it as more Albitonic troop movements. But, if it's voided it's voided.

With furrows of their brows, the centurions and their surviving men look over to the chorus of 'youre about to get forgeted up' from the hills, assuming they're that nearby. "Are these terms for the negotiation acceptable? The release of Atenisia, the sharing of technological feats and the dividing of the west for the end of this war? I hope you take in mind the casualties both sides have taken, and how drastically the death toll with escalate if you decide that continuing the war is within your benefits." he says, though he's clearly unnerved by the giant forget off army nearby.

Aurians begin to have a growing liking for the arts. Ampitheaters are contructed to amuse people with various dramas and plays.

dawww thanks for including me in the terms grunter

love you too bae

The messenger eagle came to the group of few survivors.

The terms are acceptable, under the following conditions:

  • The incumbent Atenisian government must agree with at least ¾ths majority.
  • Atenisian and Aspian trade ships must pay a tax to pass through Albitonic waters.
  • Due to the nature of this exchange, Albiton must receive at least 65% of the western expansion.
  • A DMZ must be established between Albiton and Aspidis, with a range of 10 miles.  This includes new territory.

so basically this is dumping atenisia on its head with little to no treasury, military defense, and seperating an aggrogated economy?

uhm.

Avalonian ships and troops sent to take Calzone's capitol for Avalonia and reestablish law and order instead pick up refugees (mostly rich ones that formerly held positions in the government) and bring them back to Avalonia.  Avalonian soldiers spread the word that they will return once things have settled down enough to ensure the relative safety of Avalonians.

Avalonian scouts select a landing site on the Plexian coast far from any Bequelan forces and land at night.  The sun rises upon a formidable beachhead looking something like what a Roman encampment would (the type made every night, berm with pointed stakes and watchmen, troops safely inside).  Within a few days enough troops have arrived that the force is ready to march to and protect the Plexian Capitol of Ingolfshofoahverfi, which Avalonians are simply calling "Ingo".

The main Avalonian fleet defeats a small number of Bequelan warships sustaining limited damage.  The Bequelans now know we're here.  KNOCK KNOCK!

Swat, don't look a gift horse in the mouth.  Can't you just take your freedom and run with it?  It's not like you won't have ties with Albiton anymore, you just get to raise an army for yourself now and owe Aspidis a debt of gratitude.

Avalonian traders load up on the goods Atensia always liked in preparation for dropped trade hindrances following Atensian independence.

No.  Atenisia already has its own stuff, besides sovereignty and a fully-fledged military.

Albiton just did above and beyond by providing benefits.  You'll be losing those benefits.

Avalonia finds only a few nobles worth saving.  Others have either gone insane, or would rather stay and do war against each other.

Would Albiton still be our best buds?

No.  They might trade with you.  If REs (tonight) go over that topic for you, then we'll see.
