Hlaohamarr gets a cool new theme.
Thank you sir. Updated my nation post with it.

Might just put it on loop while I do my next update.

Might just put it on loop while I do my next update.
Here, use this.

Erinamese traders and explorers sail about and discover many lands.  While passing Plexia, they encounter the Bequelans attacking Plexia.  After hearing word from the Avalonians that the nations are on good terms, Erinaum offers Plexia military aid if they see fit.

Erinaum becomes the first nation to break 1 million population.

scary population growth chinamen spotted

I had Plethora write a population calculator, and have asked him to apply it to everyone.

Also the Bequelans attack an Erinamese trade ship.Upon warning not to attack trade ships, they do it again, and war is declared.

every couple days I just add around 2 k

You should be around there, yeah.  Maybe as much as 60k.

Erinaum requests from Avalonia that it teach Erinaum the art of amphibious invasion.  In turn, Erinaum will supply Avalonia with 700 high-grade crossbows, and will receive training on how to use them once the conflict with the Bequelans is over.

Talk of the honor of Avalonia amongst the Erinamese nobility also seems to be a popular topic of discussion.  They are confused why they leave their friend, Plexia, up against attackers.

Climate should affect population growth. Like I've just added like maybe at the most 8k a week since Hloamarr is in the frigid rocky north.

Yeah.  Environment is factored in.

I think I might just assign some populations and let everyone take care of them from there.

If you're within an acceptable range, you should be fine.

Player Nations:

Lotavik:  305,200
Erinaum:  1,000,300
Atenisia:  460,400
Avalonia:  670,000
Aspidis:  840,000
Caprica:  560,800
Varansk:  410,000
Hlaohamarr:  270,400
Plexia:  180,100
Auria:  50,400
Espovon:  56,200

NPC Nations coming later.

Hey all you people, I have maps for y'all:
Updated Political Map
Fully Updated Political Plus Map
Climate Map
Ethnic Map

Key - Climate:
The greener it gets, the more fertile would tend to be.  Grey is both highlands and steppes.
Red line is the equator, the yellow ones mark the tropics.

Key - Ethnic:
Red = Eastern European/Slavic
Dark Orange = Indian Subcontinental
Orange = Britonic/Anglo/Saxon
Gold = Germanic
Yellow = Middle Eastern & North African
Lime Green = Greek
Green = Latin
Navy Blue = Nordic
Cyan = Frank
Pink = Native North & South American
Purple = East Asian

Yes, the political borders in the ethnic map are out of date.  Use your imagination.

Avalonia beefs up its navy (not the one in the Sea of Ormica, the one for the general ocean).  Small, ballista-like contraptions come standard on the stem and stern.

Nazgar's fortifications reach completion.  Work on the vaults and galleries beneath continues; effort has been made to ensure that the majority of excavation is far enough down so as not to affect the structural integrity of the ground beneath the city, and as a whole everything's being built pretty solidly.

Avalonian horsemen come up with a clever invention, and its use spreads through Avalonia quickly.  It wouldn't really be seen by anyone not trading with Avalonia by land.  Super secret from the rest of the world for now I guess.

Avalonia sees the inaction of the Plexian leadership, and decides to take in refugees as it always has.  Ships stopping by for trade pick up passengers for a small fee (usually just that they work on board and something to cover the expense of food and water).  Ships travel in armed convoys around Plexia given the violence in the area.

I've left Plexia to fend for itself due to OOC reasons.  If morn decides the rp is worth his time, I'll swoop down in Plexia and beat the ever living daylight out of its enemies.  But I'm not going to waste resources on an inactive minion.

Avalonia turns down Erinaum's offer.  Avalonia already has awesome bows, what would it do with crossbows?

Oh yeah I kinda forgot about Anagaea.  Apparently I've been getting attacked for quite a while.
There are a few problems with the attackers that would make them less effective but I don't really care enough to point them out.

I guess the gov't should do something about this.  Like, have had the army mobilizing this entire time.
