Atenisian men ask if they can join the Albitonic ranks.

Avalonia offers to sell stuff like iron, weapons, and food to Albiton.

Avalonian engineers reach completion of a proto-ballista device and an early catapult.  The ballista is simply a large, mounted, sideways bow that can shoot a large arrow like bolt farther and with more force than a regular bow.  The catapult uses a large bow to swing an arm which can launch rocks a fair bit farther than a sling can (and larger rocks at that).  Took the guys long enough; anyhow, they're still untested and there are kinks to be worked out.

Atenisian men ask if they can join the Albitonic ranks.
you dishonor your own country by joining the ranks of your captors
your capital shall now burn to the ground, on your own accord

Stockholm Syndrome, full scale, bb.

Albiton is the future of Atenisia. Atenisia is considered part of Albiton, and Aspidis will not hesitate to occupy Atenisia if they go through Albiton.

Of course Aspidis shall occupy you, you are the enemy.
We would not hesitate to help you in the fight against captors
but instead you choose to join them on the field of battle
and for that, ateni blood shall turn the fields red

i have contacts :)

A new batch of recruits have now finished training, a mix of native Aurians and nomads were trained. We find out that the nomads make wonderful horseback riders. We now have a substantial cavalry.

Our military has reached numbers of 1,250 able bodied men.

New barracks are built in the nomad cities in order to muster a protective force to defend the cities.

ahaha yes
don't talk about stuff you don't know son
"i have contacts top kek" is a loving absurd comment that has no backstory or evidence to support it.

your country vaguely knows the existence of atenisia, so stop spewing "lel contacts topkeklele :))" as a loving safeguard for your meta gaming.

there are 840 past posts to sort through finding your "backstory".

maybe you should provide me some links/quotes. I am not doing your work for you.

Burden of proof does rest on the person making the claim.

He's right though, there is backstory connecting him with Aspidis.

Given that the war in the South looks like it'll be winding down (either after a battle or after a surrender), The Council once again gives consideration to the North.  Ships are sent to begin construction of a settlement on the coast West of where Avalonia (correctly) believes the Eastern Kingdoms to be, right in that bay there (Avalonia knows that it's just Erinaum now, because we've talked with Aspidis in the last two hundred years, but Avalonians still call it that) much like the one that Avalonia maintains farther North on the same coast (just where the coast begins to turn almost directly East).  Aware that it would be impossible to maintain a large area of land up there, special efforts are made to make the locals like us and make sure that they'll support construction of a settlement, support construction of a road, and be better neighbors than those in the Pachtland have been.

Aspidis wouldn't know about us joining the Albiton, or wanting to, anyway, in the first place. Therefore, Gaulamia wouldn't know.
