Aurian diplomats would like to discuss a full trade agreement for the mutual prosperity of our countries. The council has fully agreed with this and the diplomats are ready to prepare any treaties or documents necessary.
The Caprican government agrees to a full trade agreement. Aurian citizens are also allowed to pass through Caprican borders.

I've been really busy with work n stuff. I'll try to be more active i promise

The Atenisian Research Group of Research has finished their advanced (we went 60+ years over time lol) metallurgy with Albiton.

The use of the Atenisian Research Group of Research can be used by Albiton as long as Atenisian gets the research gain as well. The Atenisian Research Group of Research includes the smartest minds and inventors in Atenisia. For now, this current research is joint:

Medicine and Basic Surgeries

In other news:
A man who says he can fly with wings is questionably insane. He says he has done it before. People group around a cliff to see the man jump off a cliff with a wooden-contraption that is in essence glued feathers. He dies due to falling and stuff.

In other other news:
Recent bandit raids on the Atenisian border calls for a more extensive guard or militia. Rather than calling for a militia of sorts, the Atenisian City Guard (who is made primarily of Atenisian soldiers) is sent on frequent raids against the bandits/protecting more rural towns and farms.

10 Kanisteieir divisions are seen moving towards a valley that exits Galaumia.

Totally not aspian people attempted to be sent into Albiton to gain recognition and respect from the lower, middle and few high noble houses, to make their way in as 'servants' and from there to work their way up in renown and trust before prompting their leaders to incite rebellion. Additional men and women are sent in to

Meanwhile, with their new found military begins exercises and groovy stuff, a group of fourty lions, a stuff-ton of hyenas and and 420 cubic tons worth of golden eagles are trained for service in the military, because a animal in a army is bad ass.

Avalonian military engineers approach completion of a proto-catapult/ballista device which has been in the workings for quite some time now.

The Council recognizes that Plexia is a nation after traders bring back stuff from there.  Apparently the area was recognized as assumed to be unimportant until the need for repairs to a ship forced it to land there and they realized that the people were actually pretty chill and all that.  Trading of iron, maps, and weapons for timber, foods, books, livestock, and gold commences.

Avalonian soldiers and insurgents continue to do their thing at the beachhead and in the area of conflict.

The Caprican government agrees to a full trade agreement. Aurian citizens are also allowed to pass through Caprican borders.

The diplomats are happy with the agreement and allow the same.

The council gathers to discuss making the new road to the east.

Rolls happen tonight.  Anyone willing to wager for a double-effect?

double-effect as in wat?

Atenisian land traders learn of a land named "Aurian" from Caprica traders. They quickly travel toward the known location.

Double effect as in twice the benefit, or twice the harm.  I may just have a magic number and roll a d20, and if it matches, go into double mode.  This time, however, you may volunteer for a double effect.

Note, I will be disregarding any rolls that turn out to be 50% and will roll again.

Also may change how the margins work, to avoid 50% and dip down to 0%.

yes if i avoid 50% and get a 0% i will be SUPER ANGRY

No I mean the die goes from 0-9.  So if I roll a 0 I would go 10%, and 9, 100%.  This would mean 4 would be a 50% re-roll.  So if I made 4 40%, and everything lower than it n×10%, then there would be no re-rolls.

And don't be angry.  It's random.  I even write the numbers down in pen as soon as they are rolled.

Also assigned double roll numbers randomly.

Welp.  The results are in and they are not pretty.

Random Events No. 6

Lotavik:  Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Erinaum:  Trade missions from along the Asian coastline nations come back immensely successful.  Spheres of influence penetrate deeply in these regions.  Trade flows and the empire grows very rich.  Erinaum gains control of a city state on the coast named Xianxan.

Atenisia:  Albiton is happy with the invention of metallurgy.  The empire honors the scientists involved.  With this invention, taxes are raised to fund the production of new alloys for its military, including in Atenisia.

Avalonia:  The well-fortified small army is outmatched by Avalonia's archers and cavalrymen.  The beachhead is cleared, allowing for a force of 22,000 to land.  The Britonic force of 15,000 and the Avalonian force collide atop a hill.  Archers from Avalonia, Ormica and Espul pick off several spearmen and warriors, particularly focusing on the left flank.  Cavalrymen then break through the line to cause massive hysteria amongst enemy forces.  Other infantry enter to back them up.  At the battle's end, 14,603 of 22,000 the allied forces live, and 2,604 of the 15,000 enemy forces survive.  The enemy would rather face death than dishonor.

Galaumia:  The 10 Kanisteieir divisions are ambushed by barbarians in a mountain pass.  The divisions are scattered and are forced to retreat.  An equivalent of 4 divisions survive.

Aspidis:  A prominent noble figure in the Albitonic Empire courted by the secret subversive servants catches onto Aspidis's plan to overthrow the government.  However, instead of reporting it to the Emperor, he secretly disposes of any and all servants that are fishy, and hires more guards and threatens Aspidis with the following message:  "I have caught wind of your plot to overthrow this State.  However, I am less inclined to report it now.  This doesn't mean you are free– the second I notice that something is out of line, I will release this news, and the entire Albitonic Armies will be on your doorstep."

Caprica:  Romician trade begins to go elsewhere as nations to the west show greater potential.

Varansk:  Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Seneca:  Skittles.

Calzone:  Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Hlaohamarr:  During the conflict, disease spreads throughout the barracks and houses of both sides, killing 10% of the population.

Plexian:  The national treasury is raided by a large force of rebellious and unhappy citizens.  The remaining 10% of the treasury will only sustain the nation for 3 years before the nation goes bankrupt.

Auria:  The nomadic tribes and families, now more in number than ethnic Aurians, are feeling threatened by the growing Aurian military.  Barracks in central Auria are raided.  Several tons of supplies, including weapons, food, and military intelligence maps are stolen.

Espovon:  9 nobles become rich enough and consider themselves and all those who live on their lands exempt from taxes.  Taxes and in some cases, trade, cease flowing from these regions.
