Oh and once the forces meet, the archers are ordered to continue around the back of the southern forces and get close enough to hit any more Bēlänese soldiers, or reinforcements.

Military & National Defense

Aspidis conscripts 2,000 men into their military, and begins to organize their troops into legions of 560 men. Aspidis begins to intensively train their warriors to be at their best, and a speech is given with the hopes of improving the morale of current troops and new ones. "Heroes are things of the past," says the Emperor, "The first men came, and the first men died so that we may be given life; T'was the will of the serpent... And the will of the serpent today, is for you to use your lives graciously given to you by her to the fullest extent. Serving in your great nations army is simply the first step of appeasing our god. Orders; These will be given to you, and you /must/ follow them through, word by word. If you don't, it is not simply your life that will be taken by the serpent. The serpent does not believe in the theory of being fair- If you cross her, she will take you and everything you love. By not following your orders, you put your family in danger of losing their lives before their predetermined time, and that in itself is subject for death. But we, the children of the new world, are kind- We will forgive you newer soldiers for not being able to follow through with orders initially, but if you continue to do so proper action will be taken, and lives will be sacrificed to the serpent so that we may be bestowed lives much more worthy of a place on this Terra... Honor; Honor is what makes us the children of the serpent, the serpent herself knows not much of honor and we are here to teach her by learning in place of her and displaying he what honor is. You shall kill no woman or child, unless ordered to, and if you disobey your orders that is dishonorable in itself... Chaos; You will cause as much of this to your enemies as you can, you will display their guts to them like a grand work of art, and you will make effigies out of the bodies of your fallen. We shall use their taken lives to bring more life to ourselves, and it is your duty to make sure that our goals are reached, and that theirs are thwarted! Order, Honor, and Chaos. That is what makes a soldier, and starting from these days, that is what will make you!"

Politics & Groovy stuff

The current emperor finds a wife, and soon after he delivers three children. His brothers find wives too, and with them four new children are brought into the royal family. In other news, the expedition that was earlier made has resulted in the ships sailing the seas, though with diminishing resources, they had quickly found themselves requiring to replenish their food and water supplies. The small fleet of ships broke in half, as was planned, one fleet heading southwards and the other one continuing east. The eastern fleet is picked up within a wild storm, 25 men dying as a result and the rest of the fleet found themselves crashed upon foreign, sandy shores. The men had a dispute, and a few stormed off and were never seen again- But the majority stood their ground, hunting and barely managing to sustain themselves before they were found by natives. Though there was a notable language barrier initially, when some of the men spoke in Old Saxon, they found that they could speak between each other in broken Germanic of sorts, and brokering a deal they were lead back to the tribes homeland, heading inland. When they did so, they encountered the tribes leader, whom wasn't thrilled nor displeased with the arrival of the men of the kingdom of serpents- And given nourishment and a bit of supplies, they were quickly shooed off, told to seek out the greater lands regarded as Erinaum, and so they did so, reaching Erinaum and, depending on how they were greeted and treated by the population, they spoke of their homeland and attempted to inquire about the lands they are currently in and surrounding lands. Hearing of germanic tribes to the south amongst the rumors of the lesser folk of Erinaum, they soon after left to the south, travelling and travelling before they found themselves, albeit hungry and exhausted, at Galaumia, where the leader of the soldiers intended to spread the word of Aspidis and bring back tales and perhaps knowledge of the known world quickly met with the leader of Galaumia and took the gifts offered to them and began to set off- Though as of present, they've just reached home and delivered the news that they hold, with a alliance and, albeit a incredibly long, trade-route. In news of the southern fleet, their fate is unknown- But it wouldn't be outrageous for them to be happened upon by anyone down south. ((Note, all of this happened in the timespan of like, 30 years or so.))

Research and Development

The research for better weaponry continues along, reaching a good 57% in completion as of present.

The unholy alliance.

That is a ridiculously long as stuff travel time. Considering man-power was the biggest way of travel, it would've taken a bit of time and more resources than would've been have.

Just my two coins.

(not only that, but if you landed on the north, it would've taken a bit of time traveling on foot as well)

I believe thirty years is a very acceptable time in which all of that could have went down. Much more seemingly impossible things have happened in reality within equal if not lesser time-spans than that of which I have depicted everything to have happened.

An example could be the Colossus of Rhodes, the Statue of Zeus, and the Pyramid of Giza. Three of seven wonders of the ancient world, speculated to have been impossible to have been created at the time of their existence, but they were.

Though, let us wait for Miko's intervention, if he'll have any, as I am most certainly not taking your word for anything.

Borg's a buddy of mine and morn's irl.  Morn got him into BL; I just, as morn puts it, "corrupted him" into trying out a nation RP and gave him a little help with a flag and stuff like that (the guy uses ms paint).  Not an alt, and if he is able to do this fairly well, not a puppet either.  I do intend to collaborate with him though.  For the record, I tried to talk him out of naming his nation after a food.

Besides, don't you know I'm too cheap to buy a second account when I already have a perfectly good one?

I'm more concerned about the climates through which they traveled.  Mostly highlands and desert, usually both of those at the same time.

Fair.

No.

We actually mentioned that in the steam chat me and grunter had. We said they were dying of first when they met the War Camp I have, which I had mentioned is far east of my borders, outside of them, actually.
