What language do I need to read to understand what the forget all of this means?

Looks like the poll was "deleted" to me.
IIRC the original options were something like "allow members to admin other people" (aka "democracy"), having the clan as it is now (did he call this one "communism"?), and handing over ownership (which pretty much everyone voted for).
I forgot what exactly they said, and I don't have any pictures of it.

I made a new membergroup named "Inactive Clan Member" and put any clan members who has not logged in on the clan forums for two weeks in it.
I'd love to remove anyone in that membergroup or the "Forum Member" membergroup from the member list (without banning them or deleting their account) but I don't know how.
