Yeah miner is all about hoppin and skippin an jumpin. He's actually a really good class. A good strategy is X into a group, then immediately C out. This'll also stun some, so you can use V to do some decent damage on em. Miners Z is also hella good because its fast (and gets faster with each level up) and can hit enemies below you. (So you can trap mobs that can't climb while you sit on a ledge or w/e)
