I take 2g pill form SNS brand, once a day, twice a week. The effects become very noticeable 90 minutes after taking it and peak about 5 hours in.
Stays strong for about 12 hours with an afterglow for a full 24 hours.
The main reason I take it is when I feel like being socially outgoing.
Unlike alcohol, it doesn't reduce your ability to think. It's actually considered a nootropic 'smart drug' -- definitely helped me be more efficient at test taking.
Like alcohol, it acts on the GABA receptors, just a different type.
It's also GREAT for sleep. Seriously, you can get the best sleep of your life with this.
Though, it alters the the structure of your dreams, can be very trippy.
Amazing combo drug. My favorites are low amounts of alcohol or high amounts of caffeine with it. The buzz excellent.
But don't mix it with a significant amount of alcohol since they synergize so much.
