Had to go to a cannabis intervention session today from police times earlier. It was pretty cruisey, spent an hour an a half listening to this woman talk about drugs and her company, could have been worse.

ive done research and i think the problem with the come up of my lsd trips is that i eat a nice normal breakfast the day of, and then take the lsd
should i just not eat? its not like i have an appetite anyways
a lot of people online say thats the best way, and if i still feel some nausea i can work through that and hopefully not throw up but even if i do itll just be water since theres nothing in my stomach

last time i did 2 tabs almost 2 weeks ago was late at night and i threw up chicken i had bathed in lime and damn did that burn
