I only said they shouldn't be issue and priority number #1 not that they shouldn't be worked on at all.
But they don't NEED to be prioritized because the two are handled by completely different groups. That's the POINT of having smaller divisions of governments, the federal level can handle big important stuff and the smaller governments can handle smaller stuff.
If someone where to say "The federal government should pass a law making it legal in all states" then I'd agree that they have more important issues to discuss.
