Well, I'm doing just fine in the game and i didn't attack anyone other than the Goblins until my shield ran out.

Keep your shield for a little while at least.

Tip: Get a laboratory soon so you can upgrade your troops. With mine, I'm getting level 2 dragons. The upgrade was 2,000,000 elixir :)

Attack that base with an army of heavies. Weaken (if not destroy) the farthest rocket launcher with the gunboat missiles. Take down the machine guns in front and then take the full health launcher, then the weak one, and you can probably ignore the mortar (too weak to do much to heavies) while the outpost is wrecked.

I wish heavies didn't hit like a wet noodle with their mgs. It's so tedious to watch them slowly die to sniper towers.

Boosted my now-level 3 dark elixir drill.

Barbarian King level 2 here I come.

I was starting for freak out because my elixir was piling high and I had nothing practical to spend it on. My lab was down with wallbreakers, my barracks are either maxed and/or satisfactory (I don't have any need for pekkas and I don't want my barracks down right now anyway), and most of my buildings are in perfect shape (camps maxed, dark storage is more than plentiful plus next upgrade is 2.4mil, gold mines are satisfactory and under boosters anyway). I ended up just blowing it on a dark drill to level 2, which knocked off the booster. But hey, it's only one gem.

I also started my fourth bomb to level 5.

Wow, so with a boosted level 3 dark elixir drill, it fills up in just 6 hours.

I woke up this morning briefly at 7:00 exactly, immediately realized I needed to empty DE drill. So I opened it on my phone and it was one away from full (539 dark elixir). Considering it goes up around 1 per 45 seconds, I think its pretty amazing how peferctly I timed that.

And I woke up without an alarm at exactly 7 AM.

You're looking ready for your town hall now. I'm spying you in friends list. You should start town hall and do the soon-to-be level 2 tesla to level 3 while it's going.

Edit: I just started upgrading my Boom Beach headquarters to level 10. When done, I'll have access to the missile barrage from the gunboat, an iron collector, and a Boom mine.
