Government sentries spotted the drones you sent to scout, but weren't able to intercept and destroy them. Instead, they tracked the signals emitted by the drones, until they landed to be refueled. Combined with a global tracking system, the coordinates were triangulated and a spy was sent to try and see what the country's conditions were. The spy reported back, letting the government know what was essentially happening there. The agent later said she was going to stay there and make a life for herself, she was immediately told she'd be executed if she showed her face anywhere within 5 kilometers of the borders.

The drones do not refeul; essentially they are ran by solar power and hydrogen (gotten through both water vapor and liquid). They wouldn't land except when they need repair or need to be hidden, but that would cause another drone to come out and repair them. The whole survey system is entirely automated.

They make for good exprosions because of the hydrogen (which is why they are also entirely automated), too, but they constantly stream video, data, and other information via Subnet. Because of this, Atenisia already has a large knowledge of the planet, the life on it, etc. Such information is open to the public, including the information of your country.

Constant communication with the Sol system continues.

The Atenisian Mason Council knows of another country to the east, but they've scouted such countries' hostilities and decided to avoid any contact.

Expansions on the military are made, however these are partially human reserves and primarily robots. These robots are capable of not only combat, but for many other simulations such as construction and humantarian purposes. Research on a more senstitive AI and "human-like" thinking is being worked on.

Any drones that are encountered coming within the 'Red-zone' of their country, (IE a 500 mile radius outside of the borders that is managed via camera drones, either flying, underwater, or on land) are hunted down and destroyed by their own hunter-killer drones.

9 SERBA satellites are launched, 3 are designed for surface scanning, communications and Orbit-to-Surface targeting systems, six are designed to scan and investigate this system and potentially other solar systems. 3 SERBA Orbit to Surface Railguns are deployed as well, for 'national defense'.

these aren't feasible - bullets take time to travel ya know, you would have to be very very lucky for the bullet to reach its target and it would have to survive the trip through the atmosphere. you can have these if you want. for decoration i guess.

Moving at 8+ times the speed of sound, yes, but its effective range is limited to maybe a 1,000 mile radius.  Using elongated bullets to reduce friction with guide fins that pop out with springs inside the shell could also help guide it and extend its range.  Using a spring operated timer, the fins will not pop out until the point of high friction has passed.

The Atenisian Mason Council sends a confirmation about non-important dead animals only; recyclable materials are used for construction, reuse, etc., while human organs are put up for others via automatic consent (it is normal to do this; anyone who dies automatically get the living pulled out of them, because, normal and stuff).

The AMC decides to pull resources together for a grid-defense system, as well as build a nuclear umbrella.

Resources are managed and saved from the start; smarter and more efficient ways to mine the planet's minerals and mapping its layers are being researched. People in Atenisia are already minimalists morally.

Survey on the local wildlife continues; a food chain is currently being made for the purpose of science, and also figuring out how to minimally disturb the local ecosystem by setting certain hunting limits and seasons.

What, the railguns?  No.  Having more elongated shells with less blunt surfaces will reduce friction and therefore cause the shells to not burn up.  With carbon fiber layers on the nose of the shell, it would also reduce friction.  I did not change the atmosphere at all.  You could be less of an ass.
