You may scoff and laugh now, but we already see the same thing happening in the United States as what happened to the Roman Empire. Our society has experienced a staggering level of moral decline in the last half-century, and we are experiencing many major problems. The riots in ferguson, the widespread murders of unborn children, the massively-expanding research industry, and the constant turmoil and hatred everywhere you look in America are all examples of what happens when a society fires God from every aspect of their lives and chooses to go their own path.
I'll give you a hint: It's an insidious road that leads straight to destruction and death.
