He hasn't. They are working on an update right now, to implement hats and what seems to be quite a bit of bugfixes.

No more practical game content, that was abandoned.

I've always wondered why games don't have a volume slider option with mics on other players. So you can still hear what they're saying, but not at excruciating volumes.

Someone didn't read the OP :/

There would be an "OFF" Function and you would be able to mute people in the player list.
