my dad runs the family business. he never has to use any of this high-level math bullcrap like quadratic equations or calculus ever when he manages the company budget or finances.
whether he uses it or not that 'bullcrap' is tantamount to one of the most fundamental parts of algebra. it has countless valid real-life applications and you won't notice them until you're faced with a problem you can't solve yourself lol.

that's what i've been saying.



We use the achieved, merit, excellence system in New Zealand.

NA = Not Achieved
A   = Achieved
M  = Merit
E   = Excellence

Overall, all my classes are excellences and/or merit+ (Merit+ is like so close to excellence but just off it.)
