Also, about the guy at 109.80.133.141, he has a 10 firewall, but it was offline. I got on with a 1.1 and 1.2 exploit. Really nice stuff there, try it out.

then delete your logs on both bank servers (or the server you're on if you're only doing one server)
don't risk it if you're on ultimate bank and you have a cracker below 8.0 though

Yeah there is a good amount of people who camp at bank logs, you could try registering a 2nd account and transfer money there and clear the logs ASAP, just never transfer onto main account. If you're spotted, you don't lose your own cash, well maybe get viruses onto yourself idk, if not, free cash (Just use it from there, don't transfer to main).
Seriously though, any actions through banks are really risky, just upload viruses onto more people or something.
