On one hand, this cop is definitely breaking the law and violating their rights.

On another hand, white-dreadlocks in the passenger seat is clearly trying to make the situation worse so that he has a stronger case against the cop, doing it all in front of his son. The memories of hearing his dad scream like a baby and freak out will probably scar him for life.

My verdict is that both parties are jackasses.
