Author Topic: The best "I do not consent" video yet.  (Read 6411 times)

"it smells like marijuana"
"NO IT DOESN'T"

"we can handle this like men. because we are men."
- from the dude screaming "HELP HELP HELP" because a police officer unlocked his door

you know the only reason you would ever feel violated Is if you had something to hide. Whether it was illegal or just embarasing.

No? If your mom sat down and read all of your posts on the BL forum, would you feel violated? If your friend started going through your stuff for no reason, would you feel violated?

The "you have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide" argument is complete bullstuff. Every human being is entitled to restrict their private information unless it's directly relevant to a crime or other misdeed.

don't feel like reading this long as article about something that doesn't affect me. i can gather however that you have an idiotic dislike of thousands of people and their organizations because of the actions of a handful.
"i'm going to judge someone's opinions on unsubstantiated feelings and my own ignorance!"

pretty much right on the mark

first off, "flex your rights" sounds handicapped for starters, because that's just a stupid mindset
the video only presents two reasons which are easily solvable: ask the police to be careful. don't associate with morons. unless you live in Detroit or something the officer is a decent
no, not really
as long as you respect police theyll most likely respect you, and you can respect them while STILL not consenting to a search
im not gonna hope that the officer is nice enough to not forget my stuff up, and who i hang out with really isnt relevant. id much rather have something that has a legal bounding on my side

No? If your mom sat down and read all of your posts on the BL forum, would you feel violated?
nope
then again, it's a fact that my mom is too cool.

definitely a few steps above the average person's mommy, at least

happens all the time, it's entertaining

we can't all be wussies like you constantly afraid of somebody seeing something we want to hide.

"i'm going to judge someone's opinions on unsubstantiated feelings and my own ignorance!"
my laziness, more accurately. if you think i'm wrong, then feel free to try and actually explain why.

as long as you respect police theyll most likely respect you, and you can respect them while STILL not consenting to a search
sure, but that still doesn't change that there's really not a reason to not consent.

This was extremely painful to watch.

sure, but that still doesn't change that there's really not a reason to not consent.
that video gave several reasons to why

Kishgal is a dumbass. I'm sure he can think of something(probably many things) he wouldn't want the public to see, but he's ignoring that for the sake of arguing.

You have to be one to get banned 5+ times and come back again.

nope. unless it's something that actually matters like my credit card details or something, maybe the personal details of my friends, anything else is fine.

we can't all be wussies like you constantly afraid of somebody seeing something we want to hide.
you wouldn't even want to hide your furry research?

I literally just said that it has nothing to do with what I want to hide. You literally put forth an argument that I had already defeated.

Frankly, it doesn't matter if you personally are okay with anyone going through your personal life at any given time without your permission. Other people aren't. If you did a complete search of my car, you would find the following materials:

  • 1 Owners Manual
  • 1 Portable "essentials" kit, including a flashlight, pen, and tire pressure gauge.
  • 1 Rainx Window Cleaner bottle
  • 2 green rags
  • 1 Vehicle Registration paper
  • 1 Insurance Card
  • 1 GoPro and window mount
  • Various pieces of trash including receipts and small empty containers from products that I have yet to throw out
  • 1 pack of gum
  • 1 iPhone car charger

I literally could not care less that all of you know that now. It has nothing to do with the information itself. However, if someone randomly opened my glove compartment while I was driving and started looking through it, I'd yell at them. Why the forget are you looking through there? I didn't say you can do that, and it's my car. You can't just look through there.

Sure is libertarian in here.

try harder, bud

so you would tell people to stop looking at your things... why? because it hurts your feelings?
