Privacy is loving important, dude. I have nothing illegal in my car but I would feel so violated if a police officer searched it. It's my loving car, I don't want him looking through it. He has no business there, regardless of if he smells weed.
you know what makes people feel violated? being treated like crap because of your occupation, brazenly defied for absolutely no reason, and then being put on the internet for people to gang up on.grow the forget up.
uh lolyoure acting like you cant exercise your rights and not be a jerk about it lol
I actually felt bad for the dude and his family
no i'm not? of course that's a thing you can do; the likelihood of it is low though. the only people that will refuse a search either have something to hide, are in a very big hurry, or are the kind of morons shown in this video. of all those things, only being in an urgent rush is really a decent reason to refuse the search, and probably to even get a bit snippy; chances are, if you quickly explain this to the officer, you'll be fine.
you're trolling right
there are plenty of legitimate reasons for refusing a police search besides the ones you listed abovethe morons shouldnt even be included because they fall into the same category of people that carry assault rifles in target
i dislike police and the government mainly because of civil forfeiture.http://www.forbes.com/sites/instituteforjustice/2014/09/12/after-cops-seized-and-kept-cash-washington-d-c-settles-almost-million-dollar-civil-forfeiture-class-action/
