Ru'sh Naal and Atensia would still maintain more than half control over the investment and usage process, and as metioned above a direct fail of the market wouldn't hit the investors too harshly given the plan of fund usage alotment (unless they stupidly planned to live off of only their investment to the city) The ports would remain neutral and thus always availble to Atensian ships, even without investment to the city.

Hmmmm....

I agree, only in the interest of both Atenisia and Ru'sh Naal.

Atenisia wishes to copy some more books of the history of the Ru'sh Naal culture and history.

I disagree.

The value of money in a global market is primarily built upon confidence.  Stock values go into dramatic rises and falls because of this, and likewise, so does the value of currency.  Right now, the more a nation was invested in the ZTB, depending on how prepared it was, its currency would be worth less and less.  Ezbátu, Xianxan, Romicia and East Albiton are now in economic depressions because of this.  I would argue that Avalonia and Ru'sh Naal would be as well since they poured money into the system as the MTP plunged over 300%, but I suppose that issue could be up for debate.

Because of the loss of stability in Zesisoter, I would be surprised that anyone would even suggest another global market so soon, especially since the ZTB recently collapsed.

Feel free to speak up if you disagree.  I'm not voiding anything yet, but I want to hear how arriving at another global market would work.

mhm

that's why i kinda disagreed at first

atenisia only had like, 2 shares, so it wasn't mega important

hey that means my economy isn't stuff like everyone else

So basically Ru'sh Naal pushes this but is shot down. Oh well, things will continue to operate as per normal in Atlantia.

And Ru'sh Naal as a whole wasn't badly hit by these events, given their quick turnaround to dump their losses and run, however the money they were going to give to the traders in Teijina after graduation, a long time tradition, was instead all sent to Zesioster, and vanished in the blink of an eyeAaaaand its gone., leaving an entire generation of merchants feel ripped out of their earned funds, hence the riots at the capitol, and my attempt to rectify things with creating the ATB to offset Ru'sh Naal's cost of investment in Atlantia.

This ruling thus means that Ru'sh Naal has nothing to give these traders except an IOU. As most of the nation relied on the redistribution internally of resources, the daily lives of those in Mawahe and the Ru coastal cities is barely affected, aside from the loss of spare luxuries they would have been accustomed to. Teijina is the main city that is pissed at the moment because of this, however the entire nation is temporarily too blinded by grief to care:

Woe be to the world as it has lost profound wisdom with the passing of Dyeong Sun Tei, once immortal, and leader of the Ru'sh Naal people.

The peoples gather at the capitol in Ru'sha out of love for their dear departed leader. Dyeong Sun had given up the immortality that had rejuvenated him with youth so long ago, and passing at the age of 148, he set a standard for the pursuit of wisdom that all should follow.

At a banquet in honor of the deceased Dyeong Sun there is an interruption as a young Gungixian, claiming to be the son of the leader, and rightful Bao attempted to steal the national seal off the neck of the Great Bao. While stricken with grief and anger over the accusations, Daun Sun Bao had the man merely incarcerated instead of slain on the spot, as was the intention of most of those at the banquet.

In order to facilitate the transition for the next vote of leadership, Daun Sun Bao assumes temporary role as speaker of the people.

Frustrated with the centuries old model of parliament, most conceptuers unanimously agree to lobby for the reconstruction of the Parliament to better suit the nation in its time of trial.

Atenisia's king sends a letter of sadness to Ru'sh Naal after the passing of Dyeong Sun Tei.

Dang it Atensia! I go through all that effort to avoid double posting between updates where noone else posts and you just go and muck it up.
*ahem*

The nation's official flag is updated again to represent the new peoples of Ru'sh Naal.

The Republic of Ru'sh Naal is established.
The Parliament at Ru'sha is restructured into the People's Parliament of Ru'sh Naal:

After the inital restructuring is agreed upon by the lobby of concepteurs and the national Parliament at Ru'sha in their final meeting, the tally bearers venture forth to elect the new representatives of the nation of Ru'sh Naal.

Due to recent issues with the distribution of authority and the rise in demand for a more localized authority structure, the houses of parliament are reassembled in order to better facilitate the execution of the will of the people of Ru'sh Naal.

The first change is the dissolution of the lobby of concepteurs. In order to facilitate a more accurate representation of the will of the people, the parliament is divided into two main acting bodies.

The primary body consists of the senior members of Ru'sh Naal society nominated by the secondary body of parliament and approved for office by the first . The secondary body represents the locally elected representatives of people.
The primary body representatives are elected until they choose to retire in order to avoid distracting them from caring for the nation, the secondary body being elected locally by tally bearers every ten years or as chosen by the local legislature.

In order to divert administrative costs, local bodies of government are given more control over the regulations in their territories. The territories being divided by the major tribeships and city locations.
The houses of workers is entirely dissolved, seeing as most of the cities operate in rather specialized means, as is the house of tribes, and the representatives are given temporary districts in the new parliament until the tallies come in.

Actually, Avalonia sold off shares.  Indeed, Avalonia bailed to avoid dumping cash into an enormous hole in the ground.
Also, the value of the Cesk is based on gold and silver (the Cesk is just nicely shaped lumps of these metals), not people around the world crossing their fingers and holding their breath.  So long as the coins are kept pure (and people caught making them impure are killed) the Cesk's value should remain ~intact.

What is the status of Marivus?

Setting up a secret underground rebellion to overthrow you obviously

Setting up a secret underground rebellion to overthrow you obviously

That's partly how its able to stay secret.

Another expedition to the Vestic sea comes back badly damaged with crews reporting of a great horned whale destroying their accompanying vessel.

More findings on the lodestones indicate their ability to always orient relative to the stars circling overhead, allowing for assistance in navigating the Ru coast in even the foggiest of nights, increasing the ease of trade to further nations allowing Rustuffe merchants to look for more distant customers not as afflicted by the Zesisoter crash.

Restructuring of military training exercises through Wereu Province's acceptance of new training grounds using the large planes cleared after the fires allow for training in new environments Rustuffe soldiers were previously unaccustomed to (most soldiers used to fighting amongst trees and hills for cover were previously easily defeated in the plains of Orshkal, deeming advisors to claim this a weakness to be fixed)
As many of Rustuffe tactics previously required obscurity of vision, one Wereuan General, Litia Tei had the wisdom to begin lighting large flames up wind of the battlefield in order to obscure the field of vision for the untrained enemy soldiers.
The armies would march in unison to give the same pacing to each soldier, and they would rehearse precisely on how to turn, halt, and move all without direct order, but a prerehearsed battle design and local commanders to adjust the group as necessary, similar to older Wereu ceremonial warfare techniques.

Traders in Teijina create a Teijina Merchants Guild in order to protect the rights of the merchant class. One of the leaders of the guild is chosen as a lower parliament representative for Teijina City.

A question regaurding demographics, how should I go about representing the population of foreign citizens moving into my nation, as it was mentioned through REs some time ago and through my Nation's previous hospitality to foreigners, is it too assumatory to include an estimate of the population of ezbautans, galaumians, molenian refugees, and other peoples moving in? Especially with the zesisoter crash, I'd expect my semi-communistic state is probably looking pretty good to those disillusioned ex-stockhoarders.

What is the status of Marivus?
Post-revolution France kinda deal with the rise of a dictator, though somewhat like modern-day Egypt as well.

Also the list of nations hit the most badly in damage to their economies (Excluding Zesisoter which is a complete stuffhole now):

1.Ezbátu69.8%
2.Romicia18.1%
3.Edbania16.6%
4.East Albiton16.1%
5.Ajakistan15.5%
6.Xianxan16.3%
7.Ru'sh Naal15.9%
8.Avalonia11.9%
9.West Albiton9.4%

In order to offset the loss of revenue, Ru'sh Naal moves to abandon its annual financial contributions to Atlantia while still providing for the city's defense. The revenues taxed by the merchants are thusly adjusted to pay Atensia more relative to their increased burden of cost so they shouldn't be hit too hard by this. The funds recovered are used to begin repaying the merchants who graduated under the promise of the funds, however slowly, yet no funds are to be endowed upon future graduates.

The damage to the security of the nation can be directly attributed towards its neglection of guidance under it's founder, the holy Bao. As such the Wereu Provincinal Primary Parliament speaker motions to eliminate all non-state use of state ports that the private merchants use their own private ports, such that the transportation of nessisary foods, materials and peoples are not hindered by the increase strain on the Rustuffe ports as merchants have begun to ship all their goods instead of dispersing them through previous trade routes.

Most representatives agree aside from the South Teijina Provincinal and Teijina City parliament speakers, but due to the majority ruling the motion passes and resources shipped to other countries vastly decreases as excess trade materials begin to pile up in ports with no way to transport the goods to anyone who would buy it (the majority of Ru'sh Naal citizens hardly deal in funds and acquire their foods and services from state redistribution and thus don't have the ability to buy the materials at the costs they were required to produce. Any sales are drastically devalued, and the face value of the Ru'sh coinage begins to plummit, the coins are often broken down for their precious materials as they are more useful for trade amongst fellow Rustuffes.).
