Oops.  Probably.

...They are also told that their cooperation in the present has the potential to improve their conditions in future Cassian related crises.

In the meantime, Avalonia readies its armed forces, both land and sea, for whatever may come.

The Tei sent in search of the next disciple of Bao have returned with a young lad from Galaumia whom showed much interest in their teachings as they visited his village.  The youth known as Rousseau was able to understand the meanings behind every parable told and would in turn teach his fellows in a manner they were more accustomed to. He was seen as a prime example of a reasonable individual that actively sought to understand things from other views. For this he was seen to have great wisdom and was brought before Daun Sun Bao to become her next Disciple.

i like how you miss my offer completely

and friend west albiton would sell seat to me and not avalonia.....

Atenisia sends gifts to Ru'sh Naal to further show friendship between the two nations.

Atenisia laughs at the demands and tells Avalonia they have no place to tell what God can and cannot do. Remember, the Holy Nations are the sword of God himself, and we are his humble soldiers. They do not wish to make a final vote unless they hear other members' votes.

A few bad apples set you off and that was many, many years ago. You would soften to less-radical missionaries and even regular, average-day Cassians because that's how nations simply did with no concrete religion in place.

also what dictator are you talking about
marivus?

Atenisia laughs at the demands and tells Avalonia they have no place to tell what God can and cannot do. Remember, the Holy Nations are the sword of God himself, and we are his humble soldiers.

the only god i believe in is the god emperor, for he loves me

and friend west albiton would sell seat to me and not avalonia..... West Albiton is the one ambivalent to you; also my offer was higher.

Atenisia laughs at the demands and tells Avalonia they have no place to tell what God can and cannot do. Remember, the Holy Nations are the sword of God himself, and we are his humble soldiers. They do not wish to make a final vote unless they hear other members' votes.
And yet the "Sword of God" came crawling to Avalonia to fix its problem.  Them's the terms.  If you don't like 'em, it 's no problem of mine, you can send your own soldiers to die fighting people of their own faith in a foreign land, who knows, in my indignation I may decide to prop up this disgrace to the Cassian faith.  For the record, that's not the plan.

Yes, Marivus.

The Council selects only hard-liners to join its ranks, and the people have never been very favorable to your types.  Even recently the Council suppressed anti-Cassian riots.

The rebel army marches into Fydorsgobod. A siege of the kings palace begins, trying to force a surrender of the general, to no avail. A provisional government is being formed as the besiegers do their part.

A Navaro concepteur, angry at years of neglect in the parliament sought directly the Great Bao He pleaded with her that the Ru'sh Naal cease their war on this planet and all those who inhabit it. Concerned, Daun Sun Bao, decided to hear this man out as he began to tell of the harm that the industrialization and deforestation of the Rustuffe coast has had on the lives of every living thing.

Years ago when the school of Ru'sh Kai had begun documenting the times of the rains and fogs and snows and melts, and how the animals reacted to all of this in hopes of discerning their astute understanding of the weather. But in their observations a trend became apparent argued the Navaro, the animals used to indicate the seasons were becoming more scarce. Now this wouldn't mean the seasons are becoming more scarce, as in fact the temperature has been seeming to reach more extremes in the summer and winter during the recent recordings.

All of this can be traced back to the founding of the city at Ru'sha. Ever sence the mass extraction of lumber was under way the animals had to flee, causing citizens to travel further in search of a decent hunt, further driving the expansion of deforestation as the people needed more to live in these new places. All the while, the forest that had protected this region against many storms and disasters in the past in being replaced instead by man made towers of wood that could never grow on their own, but are doomed to decay, unlike the trees that were destroyed to make them.

The Bao was convinced of this Navaro's wisdom and granted him the title of Tei that he may execute the will of Bao in his desire for the peace of every living thing, even those apart from man. Studies on how to further stimulate the local flora and fauna begin at the Ru'sh Kai school of Natural Sciences, built out of the previous school of agriculture.

Efforts to reforest the harvested areas around the Ru coast begin, and a forest establishment effort begins near the city of Teijina. Workers for reforesting earn state credit for their family to send a relative to a Kai establishment.

Due to the expanded opportunities to help the will of Bao, anyone who demonstrates their dedication to the nation of Ru'sh Naal is given credit oppertunity for sending relatives to the state colleges at Rusha or Teijina, with the added clause that those who inhabit the nation but show no direct desire to assist the nation will not be given automatic enrollment rights.

This also means that all affiliated tribal peoples and foreigners who demonstrate devotion to Bao may earn credit to attend Kai as well.

A result of the backlash over the anger of the changes to the school structure is the formation of several private schools in Teijina, Rusha, and the first college, although as well private, in Mawahe.

A Notice to all trade partners of Ru'sh Naal is sent by ambassadors and posted in Atlantia:

Due to restrictions of lumber supply, Ru'sh Naal will no longer be able to meet the required demand of lumber export and thus must cancel all current related contracts over the delivery of Rustuffe lumber.
All prepayments towards future planned deliveries will be returned and each nation given a modest apology endowment of newly produced Rustuffe fabrics to show indication of no ill-will and intention of further uninhibited trade between these nations.

The A conflict in Bēlänia arises from a primarily Buddhist community when a zealous Zïtdist mob attempts to run the Buddhists out of and to defile a temple.  The anger felt by both sides sweeps through Bēlänia and the other Ezbatan nationstates.  Even though the Buddhists are still a minority, they still occupy somewhere between 800 thousand to 1.9 million of the population.  The Zïtdist conservatives call upon the council to rid the region of the "snakes" of Ezbátu.  As the council is an established Zïtdist state, it wishes to yield and bear down on the Buddhist authorities and at least make the region unfriendly or unsuitable for them.  However, the Tsekēnese Ivek rises at the meeting and points out that Buddhism is a rapidly-growing religion in Ezbátu, and undoing that may be the Confederacy's downfall.  What follows in the Council is many days of heated debate, and eventually, anti-Buddhist laws are enacted on the whole of Ezbátu, preventing the construction of temples, public worship, and the spreading of Buddhism.

Due to its recent problems, Ezbátu withdraws trade and mercenary assistance to Ru'sha, and withdraws all trade to Zesisoter and all nations, and isolates itself.

Travel to and from the region becomes highly restricted.

Clarification please, a lot of my trade to Galaumia is going through your lands, am I to expect these to be hindered or am i just blocked from your cities?

Seeing what's happened in Ezbatu, Avalonia shrugs and sends a message inquiring whether or not the mutual ambassadors between the Avalonian Union and Ezbatu shall remain in their respective positions or no.

Avalonia begins to seek trade and strengthen ties with its neighbors, namely Espul and Ormica through increased trade and political marriages.

Rustuffe trade ambassadors arrive in Siderland to discuss a contract to allow Rustuffe shipments through the port in exchange for elimination of the tax collected by Ru'sh Naal at Atlantia from Avalonian merchants. In addition, Ru'sh Naal would pay for the space needed to house any Rustuffe ships at  Siderland.

A band of Wereu raiders upset at the mistreatment of Baoists in Orshkal partake in an attack on the southwestern most Orshkal city close to their lands, causing massive fire damage to the port at that city and killing a small defense force dispatched in response before disappearing south into the forests.

Orshkal's central government does nothing about this.  It also turns a blind eye to the actions of thousands of its soldiers which it gives leave simultaneously.  These soldiers, organized by their officers, enter into the lands from which the attackers came and cause approximately comparable damage to what their city received and making sure to burn wide swathes of forest to the ground, and carry off a large quantity of pearls, beads, gemstones, and gold.  Orshkal's King sends a letter:
"A group of marauders passed through my lands and into yours, and was stopped and dealt with upon reentering Orshkal.  Please guard your border better - it would be a shame if somethign like that were to happen again."
Orshkal beefs up its southern frontier security.

Molenia finally accepts Orshkal's rule after famine sweeps it.  Despite feelings of hostility, Orshkal brings in foodstuffs, executes the nobility and installs its own, and the island returns to a state of subjugated peace.

The vast majority Avalonian ships don't dock in Atlantia (and I got the impression that you weren't taxing passing ships - elsewise there'll be some other more pressing matters to clear up as well), so the benefit incurred by this seems minimal to the Avalonian Union unless Siderland is able to tax Rustuffe goods as it does all others that pass through it.  If the Rustuffe are happy to accept this condition, Siderland is happy to receive their business.

That is entirely acceptable, and no, we weren't taxing passing ships anyways,  the more stuff flowing through the ports, the happier the people will be.

Under that same principle, an offer of tapestries and cloths along with rustuffe foods is presented for trade to Avalonia, should their merchants decide to do trade at Atlantia (don't need to ship it all the way to our ports, we'll handle the internal distribution, unless that matters to you significantly)

The Wereu cheiftan enters the Parliament at Ru'sh Naal visibly outraged over the atrocities committed to his homeland after his people have shown nothing but dedication to the nation of Ru'sh Naal and it's people. What is the purpose of a national defense if it doesn't defend those who help the nation as well, especially when the lands in question were being used frequently for Rustuffe military training exercises. The Chief demands Ru'sh Naal adequately defends the people.

The Parliament reminds the Chief that due to their tribe's rash behavior they were punished and that their actions did not represent the interest of the nation, yet in fact has further hurt the nation and all those who rely on it. Should the Wereu agree to incorporate Ru'sh Naal legislation over their lands, they should be defended as if they were in Rustuffe lands.

The chief agrees and the coastal region north west of Ru'sha (not any further east than the mountain north of Ru'sha) is placed under annexation by Ru'sh Naal, with the tribe's previous capitol incorporated as official Ru'sh Naal lands and a garrison of the Arm of Bao along with a division of regular soldiers are placed at the village. While many of this military force are of the Wereu and thusly generally accepted, the various Gungixians and Kastwata amongst their ranks are mocked for their nation's unresponsivness and lack of apparent honor (given their handling of this situation).

I realize that there are a few errors.  At this point I think it's safe to say that Galuamia isn't with the Four Crowns anymore and Ezbatu's border with Sjinai should be black.  I'll fix it later.

The war between Romicia and Ajakstan continues.  Romicia has almost surrounded Ajakstan's capitol and many of its nobles flee by the remaining route.  Meanwhile, Ajakstan's forces bear down on Romicia's capitol; convinced that the war is lost, a popular general is leading his loyal troops on a Self Delete mission to make Romicia's victory a few degrees more painful.  People in both capitols are panicking, but far less so in Romicia.

With Rustuffes passing through Siderland anyway, most ships still pass by Atlantia, but enough stop in to make it worthwhile.

Avalonia sends a message to its representative in Galaumia's court.  As the next meeting, he announces that the Avalonian Union has proposed that the two nations ally.

Avalonia's colony by Edbania gets the status of Province of the Avalonian Union.  As such it gets a representative seat on the Council and all that fun stuff.  It chooses the name Gehendenland (meaning ~ land of the setting (of the Sun)) due to the long, greatly Westerly voyage to reach it from Avalonia.

Citizens of Teijina, rather friendly with the Ezbatu through their close proximity and frequent trade are distraught over the recent closure of Ezbatuan lands blame primarily the Buddhists as that is what they determined to be the cause of the entire situation. As such increasing reports of violence towards practicing Buddhists in Teijina reach the capitol and Tei are dispatched to remind people the importance of civility and acceptance of other cultures attempting to point out that these specific immigrants were not the ones responsible for the activities in Ezbatu. Regaurdless, hostile attitudes persist in the region.

Daun Sun Bao was recently in an argument with a captain in the Arm of Bao where the captain claimed that the dedication to research and sciences was inhibitory to the dedication to defense.
In order to prove the importance of wisdom and practice over power , she agreed to enter combat against the captain and two of his favorite soldiers.

After swiftly disarming her opponents she managed to overtake all three of them in hand-to-hand combat.
The captain, humiliated, requested dismisall from Arm, however the great Bao decided it was more imperative that they learn from this circumstance, and as such is founded a College of Martial Arts at Ru'sh Kai, where the study of the human form and its movement partakes.
The initial form taught to the soldiers by Bao is refined by the dedicated patrons of the school who are then to serve as instructors for the soldiers in the Arm of Bao.
