The nation of Ru'sh Naal issues a notice to the King of Orshkal. Too long has he and his family cause pain and suffering for their people and the peoples of the nations around them. For this, the kingdom must be immediately dissolved and all power handed to local appointed authorities in order to facilitate the representation and will of the people.

Should the King not peacefully resign his position and work with the Ru'sh Naal government to establish a Republic of Orshkal, there will be no choice but to act on behalf of the will of Bao that the people of Orshkal be freed by force.

The Ru'sh Naal military re-positions most of its troops along the border near the sourthern Orshkal city with scout posts stationed throughout the Navaro mountain region.

The primary body of the Ru'sh Naal navy positions itself in northern Rustuffe waters nearest the south Orshkal city (what's its name btw).

Divisions of the Arm of Bao are sent with both the Navy and primary military, with a few divisions remaining near the major cities in Ru'sh Naal.

The Wereu tribal leaders call for the honor of Bao to lead them and hail Dyeong Sun Bao as their reborn king, and thus Daun Sun Bao as the rightful heir of their kingdom. They declare that the Wereu must remain faithful to the Bao, and many last minute Wereuan conscripts join ranks in the military.

The people of Orshkal rally around their King by the myriads.  Men volunteer as soldiers to serve under Orshkal's veteran troops, and Baoist pamphlets are burned en masse.  The Bao is burned in effigy.  Continuing prosperity despite the economic downturn rooted in Zesisoter, and the departure of their Rustuffe neighbors seems to have left them hard hearted toward the teachings of Bao.  Troops are positioned throughout Orshkal, and concentrated in the South.

Orshkal calls on Ashkalya and Molenia to come to its aid, and both do so, contributing funds, troops, and ships.  Dolvanam lends Orshkal a substantial sum of money.

The King of Orshkal makes it clear that Ru'sh Naal has overstepped its bounds and will fight to the last to exterminate this parasite.  Messengers circumvent Rustuffe ships and reach Gungixao, offering it a favorable trade status and Rustuffe lands if it should help to destroy the nation.  Gungixao requests time to consider the matter based on how the war goes.

A nighttime naval raid from nearby Orshkal's southern city (idk what the name is; almost none of these squares have names) sinks a number of Rustuffe ships and makes off with valuable Rustuffe goods.  Orshkal's and Rustuffe fleets suffered approximately equivalent damages during the raid.

With Ru'sh Naal involved in a war which the Avalonian Union fears may spill over into Siderland, Siderland's port is closed to both Rustuffe and Orshkal ships, goods, and traffic.  Troops are sent to Siderland to enforce this.  To avoid getting caught in any crossfire, Avalonian ships stop docking in Atlantia.

Part of the Rustuffe army begins traveling up the coast to southern Oshkal City.
At the same time a large section of boats begins a coordinated push up along the coast capturing ships but not any. By the time they reach the city night had fallen and the coastal breeze began to blow into the coast.

The captured ships were lit on fire and set twoards the cloast with Arm of Bao kitemen using the airflow from the massive flames began to glide in under the cover of smoke and quickly dispatch the unprepared archer attempting to defend the port, whilst dropping sacks of oil lit on fire over the enemy ships they passed over (which had a surprsingly convenient effect of propelling them further).

Under the timing structure, the archer-platform ships sitting behind the line of smoke begin their precision volley on the port of the town preventing the launching of new ships and the land-runner ships begin bulleting through the thick smoke toward the shore. The Mahowaeaens and Wereuans land on the shore surprsing the armies attempting to respond to this chaos and quickly ram them up the shore into where the kitemen already waiting slew a further amount. The Arm then retreats to clear the way south to meet the primary branch of the military while the remaining soldiers fight towards the city with the Kastwata archers covering them with vollies from off the coast.

The citizens are asked to remain in their houses during this time and that if they swear allegiance to the king they will be forced by sword point to leave the city. Anyone who stays in the city is given food and water for the night, and attempts to keep civilian casualties are held, however given the large majority of angry population, many are slain by the overzealous Wereuan.

Archers stationed along the coast of the city also fire in vollies towards the south enterance of the city to prevent the Orshkal forces from being able to reenter while a defense is established.

That city isn't exactly right on the coast.  Please amend your actions accordingly.

Rustuffe forces meet with fairly mild resistance on land as many of Orshkal's soldiers flee North, and take the Southern City and a fair stretch of land North of it, but are forced to slay mobs of violent and poorly armed civilians by the thousands, leaving only four hundred orphans and widows in the city that hiss and boo at the Rustuffes when they come near, throwing stones.  Many of these survivors are starving themselves in despair.

Then a report comes form behind.  Forces from Orshkal have traveled South through unclaimed lands from Askaliya and pushed almost all the way to the Rustuffe capitol, causing massive destruction.  A similar force containing elites from Ashkaliya broke off from that one and caused massive damage to that city on Ru'sh's Eastern Frontier.  These forces are engaging in a scorched earth policy, leaving nothing behind and taking no prisoners, often choosing to destroy valuables rather than take them with them and slow them down.

Orshkal's navy invades Mawahe, and despite massive casualties is able to take the island.  The General, not a big fan of leaving no survivors, has instead opted to remove the hands of any who raise arms against his forces and to take everything of value from the island.

Orshkal's forces are taking anywhere from heavy to moderate casualties, but as a whole are dealing substantial and even equivalent damage to Rustuffe forces.  Resistance increases as Rustuffe forces move Northward, after a solid stretch of relatively unguarded land.

Seeing the destruction, Gungixao decides not to get involved.

The Arm of Bao forces situated in the capitol route off killing easily the untrained soldiers in Ru'sh Naal lands but coming into a major struggle when attempting to push the forces back north as things get progressively more uphill that direction. This ends in a stalemate with heavy losses for both sides.

The Rustuffe navy parts to flank the boats off the coast of Mawahe engaging in a large naval battle incinerating most of this ships in the area, due to Mahowaean's fireball techniques  and the lack of forethought to all the residual oil building up on the surface of the ocean, practically setting an entire region of ocean off the coast on fire.

Tei sneak into Molenia and begin organizing a civil rebellion, claiming asistance to be on the way.

The Rustuffe Armies regroup in the southern Orshkal city and begin forming a perimiter east to prevent further incursions. This prevents their ability to travel further north for the time however.

Those weren't untrained nincompoops that Orshkal sent.  They're well trained regulars.  Please remember that you're not fighting a bunch of noobs, it's a well established and dangerous army.

Orshkal's forces, after receiving reinforcements which push through Rustuffe lines, are able to push back almost to the Rustuffe capitol where things once again enter into a bloody and harsh stalemate.  A prominent security official suggests that the Bao evacuate to a safer location long with his pupils and all the stuff they can carry.

Orshkal's forces evacuate from Mawahe, killing quite a large number of males and sinking tons of loot into the depths of the ocean to speed up their retreat.

Civil war breaks out in Molenia, and Orshkal evacuates its peeps from there and lets the place burn.

Bao evacuate to a safer location long with his pupils
*her

and no I meant no offense, I was merely stating that the Arm, with their advanced training, would do well against a regular soldier, however would probably tie against an elite, which is what I thought there was a composition, so basically I was just saying there was an epic battle between top of the line forces where the weaker troops among them were dispatched early on, sorry for the lack of clarification

The forces at the Ru'sh Naal stalemate pull back one day letting the enemy flood the section of the town containing the Temple of Bao, however shortly afterwards the temple itself exploded violently taking with it all of the enemy troops encamped that had made it into the city.

The controlled explosion caused little fire damage and the Arm quickly was able to fill in the hole in the city wall using the rubble from the temple.

The Bao and her Disciple have been relocated to an undisclosed in Galaumia, the rights of order of the Arm of Bao have been handed over to Daun Sun Bao's favorite Wereuan General, who begins using the forces stationed in the Orshkal City to conduct potshot raids on Orshkal encampments, causing relatively little damage, but aggravating the generals in the region while they are busy trying to get their troops in order.

Atenisia wants to meet with the leaders of the sister state.

Lol Gungixao and Ashibia are all probably scared stuffless.

Gungixao, Ashibia and Xianxan unite in a temporary alliance and put forward the statement "leave us alone" and station many troops at the borders.

Ezbátu goes full civil war, as the Buddhists finally become violent.  The region is torn between the few but powerful Zïtdists and the many Buddhists.  The confederacy becomes a home for a great bloodbath.

A call for assistance from their Galaumian brothers is issued, asking for spare troops to protect the southern cities whilst Ru'sh Naal is busy with "focusing on freeing the Orshkal people". It is argued that the establishment of further republics in the region would be beneficial to Galaumia due to freer trade and such. The current Disciple, a Galaumian himself, also meets with officials pleading for the prosperity the faith of Bao may bring the world if Galaumia helps Ru'sh Naal spread freedom to these northern nations.

A message is sent to Ashibia, a favored nation by Ru'sh Naal, and it's allies that no aggression is planned towards any nation that does not interfere with the will of Bao.

While many Wereu and Gungixian Rustuffes have been long pining for attempted absorption of the homeland of the first Bao, these requests become a serious contention in the parliament as it is already having one war on it's hands and doesn't want to antagonize others at the time.

The city of Teijina lobbies to end the war now as they have already seen a loss of profits from traders fearing to tread the Kastwata pass lest be caught in the conflict engulfing the northern region. These requests are shot down immediately by the Wereu and Mahowaean representatives who claim that the free trade they will be ensuring in the northern sea would actually benefit the economy in the long run, Teijina remains skeptical however.

A fair number of Orshkal's soldiers survive the explosion, unknown to the Rustuffes, and in the middle of the night cause considerable damage in the city, burning the University to the ground and claiming the lives of many scholars and rare and valuable mstar fishcripts.  Most of theses soldiers are presumed to have died attempting to seize and destroy one of the city's gates, a task which they almost completed.  Another group was killed when it attempted to rout citizens and encountered some well armed guards.

In the havoc, another wave of Orshkal's forces was able to approach the city walls where they ignited large fires at the base of several large sections of wall, weakening the mortar, cracking many blocks and bricks, and destroying any wooden structures.  This force quickly fled on horseback and only a few were killed or captured as many Rustuffe soldiers were involved in handling things inside the walls.

Less familiar with the more Northerly waters, almost a hundred Rustuffe troop ships are driven against the rocky coast and smashed during a large storm that many of Orshkal's vessels were able to weather as they either knew good anchorages or harbors or coves or whatever.  Many of Orshkal's non military vessels in the area, however, are lost to the storm.

In a large and bloody battle, Rustuffe elites, taking heavy casualties, almost totally destroy a slightly larger force in the lands North of the Southern City.  The Rustuffes, however, sustain such immense casualties as to be forced to retreat South or be captured and killed by reinforcements believed to be in the area.  Nonetheless, Orshkal's forces have lost men and ground and their local armies are forced to call in reinforcements.

It is learned that Orshkal has funded existing bandit groups along the Kastawa pass.  These groups are becoming bolder and despite the presence of armed guards with trading convoys, have been able to steal or destroy a moderate amount of assets.

In Molenia, the civil war comes to a bloody close as the isolationist army defeats Baoist forces.  The new regime intends to engage in a bare minimum of contact with both Orshkal and Ru'sh Naal, and instead to trade with the Siberian tribes.  Orshkal signs a treaty with them allowing them to pass through its waters with a minimal protection fee in exchange for remaining fully neutral in any future conflicts involving Orshkal.

Ashibia responds by saying that Gugnixao is its ally, and if if the will of Bao is to absorb or overthrow its ally and neighbor, Ru'sh Naal will have one more front to fight on.  Ashibia, Gungixao, and Xianxan engage in joint military training, but it is clear that they just really don't want to get involved in the war.

Gungixao, being Avalonia's trade partner and a nation with political ties to Avalonia, is assured that the Avalonian Union will do all in its power to maintain Gungixao's sovereignty.

Avalonia sends a message to Ezbatu: refugees from the existing regime are welcome in the Avalonian Union.  Violent Buddhists far less so.

Ladios, how are you getting a message to Galaumia?  The only open road there is through Siderland, which is closed off to Rustuffe and Orshkal's ships to prevent it from becoming a battleground.

Probably a message from the Bao (A Galaumian who escaped to Galaumia) asking for help after escaping to here.

Anyways, the king thinks about this and suggests that the Assembly vote on it. It first must be voted upon by the House of the People, where if approved, will go to the House of Nobles. If approved there, it will come to the king for approval.

Siderland, being a big hub of activity for the Avalonian Union, receives shipments of books, copied from the Library of Nazgar, to begin its own library and university.  Siderland also receives funds to beef up its defenses given the general lack of stability up North and all that.  Further, funds are sent to build the place up so that it can handle any refugees from the Rustuffe-Orshkal War or the Ezbatan Civil War.

Avalonian merchants in the North, risking life and limb in the still profitable markets of Ru'sh Naal, bring back reports of the war.  Their general consensus is that Ru'sh has come up with some ideologically favorable pretense to get in a war with a nation it already dislikes, and although the jury's still out on which side will win, victory for either party will be costly - therefore the merchants attempt to get everything they can out of the Rustuffes before the soldiers of Orshkal can destroy it.  This strengthens the Council's determination not to get involved and the Council cautions Galaumia that if it should get involved, Avalonia will not be able to join in.

We determine this an acceptable fate. At the most, a minor campaign of maximum 50,000 troops will be sent to help. This conflict is far enough from Galaumian holdings that we do not think citizens will be hurt. If we must help our Rustuffe brothers, then we shall. But if the people or nobles do not agree with this, then we shall not proceed.

so can any mod do an assembly vote
