My "fake ban message" wasn't even bolded for that exact reason (and it wasn't even mentioned in my ban message). I think Ephialtes was just avenging his pride after I cornered him in another thread at the same time.

Ephialtes banned me for one week for "Unnecessary bump". Clearly I was pissed, because I was joking (immaturely, yes) about something else in that thread regarding bumping by saying I did a 7-hour bump. I complained to Badspot who added another week because I wasted his time.

Once, it was a perma (or so it said) on the first ban for counterspamming betelgeuse with eyebleach. I got unbanned the next day though

i got a perma ban on my old account for a pyramid scheme which was like 3 or 4 years ago
i got a week ban on this account for posting for a banned user
