You wanna hear a cringe worthy story 4 Months ago i had an infected ingrown toe nail on my big toe of my right foot we went to the doctors and the doctor told me he was gonna take half of the nail and that i wouldnt even feel the needle with this spray he was gonna put on it so the doctor left and the nurse walked in and prepaired a needle with her back to me, she slowly turned around and layednitbon the table it was 2 inchs long this is when the nerves started to hit so the doctor walked in and sprayed the top side of my bigtoe with the spray he explained that it would nimb the nerve in my toe he took the needle and slowly poked it in my toe i didnt feel a thing until it hit the bottom of my toe stupid doctorvonly sprayed the top of my toe as i was staring at it heaving for air the doctor slowly pulled it out he had to do it twice on the top until he sprayed tbe bottom of my foot and he finaly stuck me twice on the bottom, the rest of the story is more gross than pain then the doctor got some small scissors out and started cutting unto my toenail i just kept stairing at the toe as he started pulling it out it started gushing blood as my mom staired in horror asking me if i needed a trash can to throw up in because she needed one i calmly sayed no as the doctor started laughing i staired at him thinking one thing "I got a crazy doctor" and i looked back at the toe until it was finished, we went to mcdonalds after that and just as the bandage falls of i see a kid stairing at my foot as i look down i see my toe unrapped its self and was all bloody lol

My cousin takes blood from people, she's the only person I would let take blood.

Have you told them before-hand of what usually happens when you get your blood drawn? I sure they can change something in the way they draw to better counteract those symptoms.

I do but they always say stupid stuff like "Oh you'll be fine we'll lay you down and let you rest afterwards and you'll be fine!" and it's just too much work to argue. The only way they could really help is if they gave me some Xanax before I went in and that's a shot at the moon.

why u guys scared of needles so much
you pass out, get a load of these guys lol

I get that you're just trolling but it is actually a legitimate problem for me, I'm not inherently 'scared' of needles. I am, however, quite aversive towards the reaction I get. It's called vasovagal syncope, and for me the triggers include mutilation of the body (including punctures [shots]) and general anatomical dysfunction.
