Author Topic: I uploaded another drum cover! Hooplah!  (Read 1680 times)

I say uploaded because it was recorded a while ago when I still lived in Seattle...and still had a drumset. Anyway, enjoy!

Subverse - This or the Apocalypse

i love that stuff mang keep it up

That sounds really cool.  Okay so, if I write a piece for non-pitched percussion ensemble, will you be willing to record individual parts?

Been wanting to write for one for a long time and I am only an acquaintance with one percussionist.

Well I'm certainly not going to take your request now that you called one of my favorite and most important bands stuffty. But I did do Baba O'Riley in the rough cut on my channel. It's not the best, but it's Who.

I don't have access to my drums now. Moved to LA and had to leave them behind for the semester. Otherwise I'd help you out, man!

Lol are you loving serious. Being able to play metal has more skill than any other loving genre out there. For any instrument. There are a plethora of incredibly talented drummers who play metal who have gone "places" you ignorant twat.

Don't you go to USC?  Their music program is pretty good.  Perhaps you could get into a practice room or something, idk.

Yeah, I'm doing my best to work out a place I can just...play, to start with. But it's a little harder because I'm not IN their music program, as good as it is. I'll see what I can do, though!

My good buddy over at SC is a Composition Major.  I'll see what I can find/work out with him.

Damn dude, that'd be great! I've been going to jam sessions in the music buildings, and I have some connections through music industry program, but not to the extent of getting some solid time on a kit. Anything he can work out would be much appreciated. PM me if you hear back from him.
