According to Quebec laws, no one under 18 can hold or drink alcohol, my sister is 14. She thinks that as long as its in "her house" its legal. Not to metion its my parents property and they aren't aware(duh). She told me that if I tell anyone she will go up to our parents and say I watch research and hid it in her room.
