Gargamel

Passive: Azrael
100% (+50% AP) bonus damage vs smurfs
Deals 20% (+10% AP) of a targeted smurf's health in true damage on auto-attack
1.5 second cooldown

Q: Good riddance
Kills all smurfs on your side of the river
Level 1: [60s cooldown] Entire area excluding river and beyond
Level 2: [65s cooldown] Includes river area
Level 3: [70s cooldown] Includes dragon area
Level 4: [75s cooldown] Includes Baron area
Level 5: [80s cooldown] Includes section of lanes up until first tower (doesn't include jungle)

W: Smurfshield
Level 1: [100s cooldown] Shields 70% of incoming damage from smurfs
Level 2: [110s cooldown] Shields 80% of incoming damage from smurfs
Level 3: [120s cooldown] Shields 90% of incoming damage from smurfs. Heals 10hp/s while deployed
Level 4: [130s cooldown] Shields 95% of incoming damage from smurfs. Heals 10hp/s while deployed
Level 5: [160s cooldown] Shields 95% of incoming damage from smurfs. Heals 10hp/s while deployed. Attackers are dealt 150% of the damage they do to you

forget me and forget this game's ELO calculation. Why am I being matched against level 17's that dodge every last skillshot and somehow have 5000 AP 5 seconds in the game?

I think that if I play 1 ranked as lulu per day I will be plat again by end of November.
