I got pretty outdated runes. I got an adc page, with mr, armor, ad and armor pene. I know I should get AS. But what makes ad better than armor pene?

I'm pretty sure that armor pen scales better into late game but I definitely recommend sticking with flat ad because your early game won't be as strong with armor pen and last hitting is a lot easier.

Bot losing a 1v2 vs Kalista so thresh just sits in my lane along with nocturne because i was the only positive kda on my team.

Blitz builds only tears and Draven kills himself on turrets over and over.

Another question. I got ad quints. Should i just get AS marks or swap the AD quints for AS quints and buy AD marks.

If you don't already have AS reds, they'd be great to get soon. They're pretty crucial for AD jungles.

Adding onto this, if you plan on playing Shyvana, Jax, Yi, xin, etc. you want both the AS reds and quints. If not, AS reds are still good for tank junglers.

Pretty sure every ADC utilizes early attack speed from Quints well, with maybe the exception of Corki or maybe Ezreal.  Unless thats what you meant...?

I like running ad quints and rushing bf into berserks for a sick powerspike but yeah most people use attack speed quints.

AS quints - 14% AS
AD marks - 8.5 AD
Armour seals - 9 Armour
MR glyphs - 12 MR

ADC page for the greedy (draven)

AD quints and marks - 15 AD
Armour seals - 9 Armour
3 MR glyphs - 4 MR
6 AS glyphs - 3.8% AS

ADC caster (lucian, graves)

1 AS quint and 6 AS glyphs - 8.3% AS
2 AD quint and  4 AD marks - 8.3 AD
5 Armour pen marks - 6.4 Armour pen
Armour seals - 9 Armour
3 MR glyphs - 4 MR
