These people are grown men and acting like they're 13 years old. They're cursing so much its like they just discovered swear words. When you're attempting to get a job, try putting "I curse a lot" on your résumé. See how far that gets you. And drinking alcohol on the job when your boss leaves is just flat out ridiculous, its easily a valid reason to fire someone.
And tampering with the economy can be devastating for the game as a whole if its abused too much. 10k a week for personal use is completely ridiculous.

This is general unprofessionalism and immaturity. These are the same people that decide your bans.
