Do you guys prefer Tammys Head or Krampus head?

Tammys head: 1 room charge, whatever tear effects you have, damage multiplied by 2 (correct me if wrong), Shoots in both Cardinal/Ordinal directions.

Krampus head: 3 room Charge, fires brimstone in all cardinal directions, damage isn't dependent on your own

Personally to me it depends on the situation. If i have brimstone or even moms knife (not sure if it works with it), Id take Tammys head.
If i had just tears, Id take Krampus head.

I loving love Tammy's Head. Got red snowflake from it twice using Azazel, and just the tear combinations make it an op item with items like ipecac and brimstone.

Tammys head is completely situational
If you've got a good tear effect, its super useful, otherwise its pretty bad.
Krampus head is more reliable if you want that sweet brimstone blast though.

Just got the Brimstone+little planet combo and then got forgeted over by bobs brain blowing up in my face during the mom fight
10/10 item

but no seriously it shouldnt deal self damage if we cant really control when it attacks.

Dark Boy is the real challenge

Also for some reason both Basement Boy and Spelunker Boy bugged out for me and I got them despite taking one hit on each, unlocking Samson worked normally though and didn't happen until I cleared the basement perfectly for real

The abundance of achievements is really making my inner achievement hunter feel gooooood, though it kinda bugs me that I have to look up exactly what I did to unlock something half the time because even the Steam achievements have vague descriptions like "Unlocked a new item"

everyone says Self Delete king is horrible to play, but I'm actually enjoying playing it a lot.
for those of you who dont know what that challenge is, its basically the dreaded Ipecac+My reflection combo.
its actually hilarious to just run away from those crazy flying orbs

I got "Dead boy" on my first try. Got another really good run with cain. found Dark bum in an item room, which made the entire run easier.

EDIT: Either whore of babylon is special on Eve in that for her its activated at 1 whole heart or they changed it back to the old one in the last update.

Whore of Babylon activates on a full heart on eve, half heart on everyone else yeah.

tammy's head + that item which makes you fire a charged beam + common cold + mother's eye

it can ohko p much any enemy and it can clear out an entire room and ohko bosses if you use tammy's head
