I think someone said in order to open it, you need to get a angel room after beating the chest, and then bomb the rock behind the angel and that's how you get the keys.

I believe you have to get two angel rooms anywhere on the run, and blow up the angel on each one. It'll start a boss fight and you get one half of a key from it.

god damn I was playing as blue baby, had the "you feel stompy item" and was in need of health, got a Joker card and got a angel room with 3 spirit hearts.
I thought it was my lucky day, until I accidentally stomped the Angels rock and woke him up.

OK SO I LOVE THE SOUNDTRACK IN THIS GAME
IT IS 10X BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL

AND IT ACTUALLY RUNS AT 60FPS FOR ME

lol im terrible at this game but i got the shovel and skipped several floors and didnt even fight mom but i got to sheol by skipping the womb ii and then died while fighting satan
come to think of it i havent even unlocked the womb
azazel is op as hell
