What a coincidence, that's exactly how my Demo Man challenge run ended; I fought Isaac and won thanks to Ipecac + a ton of damage ups.
Ipecac and Dr. Fetus are truly OP.

45 deaths vs 34 mom kills

i think you get less mom kills for a run than you did before and dying with 9 lives increases death counter now, i don't remember if it did that before?

Mom kills only count for the heart, not sure if it also counted for the depths fight in the old one though.

I have 6 full hearts with azazel, full dmg and 4 speed with tammy's head. op pls nerf
