Had a run that I was ready to give up on because I was in Utero 1 with 2 hearts, so I went into a dice room and got my items rerolled.
Gave me Money = Power when I already had 99 coins, Ipecac, 20/20, Fire Mind, Pyromania, and turned me into Guppy.  Steamrolled the rest of the game.
