We're not saying a fetus isn't a human, we're saying its not a person yet. Until you're outside the womb and the umbilical cord is cut, you're still a fetus, and therefore you have less rights to life than an infant.

I completely disagree with that statement. I would give my rebuttal but I'm at a nice Mexican place so I'll just do it later.

Usually the people doing the actual debating never have their opinions changed on issues such as these. The on-the-fence people who are watching can definitely shape their opinions on these arguments.
