should have been a triple hardscope

If they can prove that Brown assaulted Wilson and Wilson had reason to fear for his life, then the use of deadly force should be acceptable. I don't believe that an unarmed teenager could make a grown ass man with a gun fear for his life.

They already showed in the court from the trajectories of the bullet wounds that Michael Brown attempted to rush the officer and attack him. The officer acted in self defense. It was not a murder. A murder is something done in cold blood. This officer was defending himself from a dangerous man who was threatening his life.

My mistake, then. In the case of an attempted assault on the officer, the use of force to prevent the assault is acceptable. Perhaps in the future, officers should be better equipped with nonlethal weapons in addition to their firearms to prevent another case like this.

this was debunked earlier in the thread

I wouldn't call it debunked, but attempting to throw stuff at a valid argument and call it a day.

When he mentioned that the stuff that discharges from the barrel was on his hands, it meant that he had to be struggling with the office.

He could have even grabbed at the gun and shot himself/put pressure on the cop's finger.

Idk

It depends on whether or not he was attacking or grabbing the officers hand

People seem to have different opinions on what happened, so idk what to think

Not that my opinion matters lol

I don't really have anything respond with other than my thoughts. I was not there, I do not know officer Wilson, I do not know Michael brown. I only know what the media has said to us.

Should internal affairs decide that nothing is wrong, okay. If something is wrong, then let's do something. If I was there and could read the thoughts of everyone involved making, making judgment would be easier.

Now if all these riots are going on, and people are calling the cops of that town tribal, I'd say the relationship between the police and the people wasn't very good to begin with. It is true that there are good and people in every profession and community. You have good cops, bad cops, honest protesters, and selfish looters all together in one powder keg. After all the riots are over, I doubt people will want the officers of that department on their streets again. Obviously a policy change is in order, or maybe Ferguson PD should be shut down and have the county sheriff's office be assigned to patrol Ferguson.

Will I miss Brown? Doubt it. Will I miss a potentially bad cop? Doubt it.

Now with all this fancy anti-terrorism money going around, I think every agency should invest into these device:

I'd just evacuate the world trade center and the areas around it.
pfft
You realize how long that would take, right? Time is of the essence, especially when there are jet planes barreling towards their targets. Even if you evacuate the WTC (assuming people even listen to you), the planes are still going to crash into it and kill all the people on board. At that point you might as well send up a military jet to shoot them down. The passengers are dead either way.

get in contact with someone on the planes and let them know what's going on. a plane full of passengers will certainly be able to overwhelm the hijackers
PFFT
They DID know what was going on, several calls were made from the planes to loved ones. Still crashed into a building and everyone died. Except the one that the passengers overwhelmed the hijackers on. That one crashed in a field and everyone died. As it turns out, attempting to overwhelm a Self Delete pilot in control of the loving plane isn't as easy as you think it is.

even if michael brown didnt have a gun im pretty sure cops are trained to only use guns when they feel their life is threatened...and everyone knows you cant threaten someones life unless you have a gun, right?

he apparently grabbed for the cop's gun

what kind of bs is this

Honestly, despite Night Fox being incompetent, Darren Wilson should lose his job.  He still could have put down Michael Brown by at least shooting him in the leg or arm. Six times was a bit too much, but according to some evidence that was posted earlier, Michael Brown grabbed the barrel of his gun so that may not have been in his control.
