i'd imagine they knew it was a bad idea, and someone dared them to do it
i mean i'm sure they didn't expect to die but come on they had to have known it would not have gone well

Nope, they ran out of weed so they wanted to get high, they kept smoking random stuff.

Ironically, weed and general smoking are also poisonous

You really should be smoking anything (much, though at all is better) if 20/40 years down the line you don't want to pay for physicians to keep you alive for a bit longer
If you say so!

When I was in first grade me and my friends would eat maple leaves. They taste like cabbage.

Am I the only person that hasn't tried eating something that shouldn't be eaten in the first place?

Everything is poison in one way shape or form.

eating something =/= smoking something
also, it's maple, which is a really sugary plant; that explains why it wasn't horrendously bitter
and are you canadian?

Everything is poison in one way shape or form.
especially when it's called loving "POISON ivy"

Correct, however smoking, weed, alcohol and drugs have more adverse toxic-related effects than something like oxygen and water for example.
