...What the hell did you actually expect would happen?

I'd be happy to explain. OCD, liver/kidney damage, and cancer have never been shown side effects of weed. You claim to "hit up medical books" but no modern studies claim that weed does any of the things you say it does. Just recently a study was done with thousands of people that disproved the myth that weed lowers iq. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2014/10/22/no-marijuana-use-doesnt-lower-your-iq/
When I said you were incorrect, I meant just that. Your claiming things that are false
It's not something that can be explained, you have to learn it yourself by hitting medical books.
Also, what the hell does this mean? If your incapable of explaining it to someone else that means you don't understand it.

I never said it lowers IQ, I just said it impairs judgement which is actually a short-term effect of weed anyway.

When you get high, what does the body do to stop you from being high? Get rid of the inhaled chemicals through the liver and kidneys, increased liver and kidney function in the long term leads to liver and kidney disease.

Chemicals in THC do actually change the chemical structure of your cells, which might make them cancerous.

People who love weed will always defend it no matter what, just a personal experience.

you didn't even go for dandelions
get it cuz weed

i guess you could say you
smoaked

I'm ashamed to be the same species as the OP

That's a shame because it's pretty damn hypocritical. We talked about this with Kendall. I was saying how amazed I am that marijuana was discovered to be a drug because some dude at some point in time had to see a plant and decide "forget it, I wonder what happens if I light this on fire and inhale the fumes." Evidently that's not as rare of an occurrence as I thought it would be. Anyway, you replied by saying "I would load that guy a loving bowl!"

If OP discovered a crazy ass new drug (though, I have to agree that if oak leaves were psychoactive that'd be well forgetin' known by now) you'd be saying he's a genius.

Even the local druggies hate what you did.

Well, after you learn how the body works in more detail, you get to understand what and why certain things are actually harmful to it.

Ok I'll try to put this bluntly so you can understand it
Don't dismiss what I'm saying because I like weed. If you actually did the research, you would see that your wrong. But honestly I'm surprised that you actually think weed causes cancer. It's a very well known fact that weed doesn't cause cancer. http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/3474960

i don't know if THC is actually a toxin, and it may not be, but smoke is loving smoke
it'll harm your lungs no matter what you're smoking

It's a very well known fact that weed doesn't cause cancer.
I actually said i was unsure of it in my first post, but either way when smoked it does cause cancer.

Dude it's my field of study, I do loads of research on the body and am aiming up to finish a degree in the subject.

While you guys are arguing about weed, I'm pretty sure that OP is gonna come down with this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chemical_pneumonitis

When you get high, what does the body do to stop you from being high? Get rid of the inhaled chemicals through the liver and kidneys, increased liver and kidney function in the long term leads to liver and kidney disease.

First off, that's not how or why the liver and kidneys work. The liver filters and metabolizes things you've eaten. Since we're talking about smoked marijuana, the active chemicals diffuse into your blood through the lungs, so the liver isn't involved. Second, kidneys filter out waste from the blood. THC is not considered waste by the body, so it doesn't filter out THC, it just passes through. Sorry.

Chemicals in THC do actually change the chemical structure of your cells, which might make them cancerous.
THC is a singular chemical. So, already your statement is ludicrous. Second, they don't "change the chemical structure of your cells." I think you're thinking of loving chlorine gas. THC and CBD (the two most active chemicals in marijuana) are both benign to cells themselves, they act as an agonist and a neuromodulator respectively.
