as for darren wilson, imo he is in the right. as for the NYPD cop, he deserves to be imprisoned.

If you can talk you can breathe yo.

"You can't be happy, a POC is dead for crying out loud!"

If you can talk you can breathe yo.
then why the forget is he dead? if you have your arm locked tight against someone's neck, and they are saying "i cant breathe" as loudly as they can until they can't speak anymore, and only when they go completely limp do you let go, is their death your fault? yes. was the chokehold in any way necessary, and if it was unintentional, was it necessary to keep the chokehold until the person died?

lets say that the cop 'accidentally' choked this guy for about a minute until he died. how the forget can you not indict him with anything at all when he directly caused this man's death, on film. i mean christ somebody who accidentally hits someone with their car can get indicted but this guy strangles another man to death on camera as he expresses that he is going to die if the police officer does not stop, and he can't get indicted.

"You can't be happy, a POC is dead for crying out loud!"
id rather these protests happen then look at the same stuffty ass tree get praised like its loving whoville for the 1000th time

Did anyone notice what one of the family members said in a press conference?

"He's still working, he's still getting a paycheck, he's still feeding his kids"

he was still breathing after he let go

he was still breathing after he let go
he was unconscious though. and then he died.

he was unconscious though. and then he died.
with just neck bruises if anything..?

so basically: police department possibly stages murder of black dude in order to get people to hate the police department.
this makes no sense. plus i'm still confused about the tree. where the forget does the christmas tree enter the equation

because protesters want to be a pain in the ass and ruin something that people come to the city to see because they see their protest as peaceful. The thing they don't understand is that when Gandhi held peaceful protests, it was civil disobedience, not being an starfish. He simply didn't do things that he was told do so, such as eat, and he got other people to do the same.

Peaceful protest and being an starfish are two completely different things

it clearly doesn't if he was still breathing at the end.

if that was a counterpoint, how is walking around and making salt being an starfish

Overall, this situation is blown out of proportion.

NYPD is in the wrong for excessive force, which is somewhat justified as the man was resisting arrest (and as we can see, he is very large), and not listening to the man as he was gasping out 'I can't breathe' (which yes, can be heard).

The man was in the wrong for resisting arrest and committing the crime in the first place.

This is not a 'white cop killing black man out of revenge' situation, this is a 'excessive force used to hold down a large man' situation.

plus i'm still confused about the tree. where the forget does the christmas tree enter the equation
theres a big christmas tree that goes up in rockefeller plaza every christmas
protestors are blockading it so the tree can't go up because they feel this injustice is more important than bread and circuses
