wow I didn't even watch the video until now
the cops are completely in the right
if an starfish tries to resist arrest, you need to pin him on the ground. I couldn't really care less about new york's "no chokehold" thing. chokeholds often make people go unconscious. he wasn't putting his hands on his head like they told him. there's no way they'd know he had asthma. forget him. don't do illegal stuff and you won't experience anything like this.

A white man shoots a white man, no one cares. A Black man shoots a White man, No one cares. A white man shoots a black man, Everybody cares. <--- the logic behind this is loving handicapped, Michael Brown Resisted arrest and assaulted the officer. The little boy who was shot was pulling a fake gun without a orange tip out of his waist band and was pointing it at people. Seriously These people were doing things that caused the officer to react like so, that's how Police are trained.
explaining this gets really old
actually it may not of been entirely the kool kids klub leader/neo-national socialist cop, he could of been suffocated by his backpack full of nobel peace prizes aswell
whatever he did before was (mostly) irrelevant, the fact is that the cop used excessive force and it cost a life. again.

Exactly! when they resist arrest ( Most of the time when people say "police brutality ) the police subdue them and if they still resist the either use their batons or their guns to keep them back

ok so apparently resisting arrest (without being violent mind you) warrants getting beaten, or in this case, killed

So, when police use illegal force strictly prohibited by their own police department, it doesn't matter because he was "doing his job" despite the situation being handled in the exactly wrong way

But when a man is killed from that choke hold because he was involved in illegal activity, it's justified?

What the forget are you guys on about, seriously?

the article i got it from was paraphrasing so i cant find it with the search function eitheri said "strangled to death on camera" because it was caught on camera, and it caused his death.
Got it:

Page 12, no true bill returned is equal to no indictment by a grand jury.

Guys, also take in mind the handgun Police officers carry The Glock, have no safety switch or button.

nooope

New York has some bullstuff policy against chokeholds apparently.

It's the officer's loving fault he committed a crime, stop playing the blame game and putting it on the cops. They're here to keep you and me safe, not for you to bash them when they use deadly force.
They're using deadly force when it's not warranted.

They're not keeping anyone safe by killing people who aren't threatening themselves.

yeah not illegal so I don't care
he should be fired, but nothing else.
