it clearly doesn't if he was still breathing at the end.
he was unconscious and slowly dying...?
if that was a counterpoint, how is walking around and making salt being an starfish
"oh no they're making a huge crowd, blocking the streets, disrupting the public, and bringing the protest into the public eye. why can't they just be more like gandhi in the salt march?"

you see what im getting at here it's because that's literally what gandhi did

Everybody who blocks traffic while protesting should be ticketed.

"The data suggests he was barely exaggerating: According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, U.S. attorneys prosecuted 162,000 federal cases in 2010, the most recent year for which we have data. Grand juries declined to return an indictment in 11 of them."
what a weird coincidence that two similar cases involving racism were denied indictment even though the odds of that happening are basically 1 in 100,000

Which isn't him being directly choked to death. He died due to complications that the police weren't aware of, accelerated by the choking. It's like if someone with hemophilia got pushed to the ground and cut themselves on a tree and bled to death because their body is incapable of creating clots. And then you'd go Annoying Orangeeting from the rooftops "POLICE MURDERS INNOCENT MAN WITH TREE. ARBOREAL ASSASSIN STILL ON THE LOOSE."

not seeing it. also gandhi didn't hold a tree hostage for no reason.

how are you gonna defend this when it's against police policy to put a man in a chokehold. this police officer did so knowing well the risks of not only going against police policy to put a man in an unnecessary chokehold, but of putting a man in a chokehold long enough for him to be unconscious? after doing all of that, how can one possibly say that if the man had not had asthma and he survived, that it would be any more ethical than completely ignoring both police policy and the possibility of his death?
not seeing it. also gandhi didn't hold a tree hostage for no reason.
forget
the
tree
i mean jesus nobody in this thread would have even blinked twice at the tree if it had not been targeted by people they didnt like

but of putting a man in a chokehold long enough for him to be unconscious?

he was still breathing after he let go

+ also still saying he couldnt breathe which obviously people say when unconscious yes things

but of putting a man in a chokehold long enough for him to be unconscious?
Only it wasn't long enough for him to be unconscious because when the chokehold was released, he began saying "I can't breathe". I propose to you a challenge. Go to sleep and then start speaking. It's pretty difficult.
Stop twisting the events to fit how you wanted this event to play out.

sorry, when they stopped dogpiling him and pressing his face to the ground is when he finally went unconscious. much more ethical if you put it that way.

Idk where the forget these numbers come from. Citation needed.

I searched through many government PDF publications for the term indict, and have found no place where they quantify the number of cases where the jury refused to indict somebody.

also fwiw

but this guy strangles another man to death on camera

actually

Quote from: Wikipedia
An ambulance was immediately called to the scene and Mr. Garner was transported by EMS to Richmond University Medical Center. He went into cardiac arrest while he was in the vehicle. He was pronounced dead approximately one hour later at the hospital.

the article i got it from was paraphrasing so i cant find it with the search function either
i said "strangled to death on camera" because it was caught on camera, and it caused his death.

A white man shoots a white man, no one cares. A Black man shoots a White man, No one cares. A white man shoots a black man, Everybody cares. <--- the logic behind this is loving handicapped, Michael Brown Resisted arrest and assaulted the officer. The little boy who was shot was pulling a fake gun without a orange tip out of his waist band and was pointing it at people. Seriously These people were doing things that caused the officer to react like so, that's how Police are trained.

actually it may not of been entirely the kool kids klub leader/neo-national socialist cop, he could of been suffocated by his backpack full of nobel peace prizes aswell
