So in terms of community response, they seem to get more aggressive depending on the power status of the shooter. Take for example:
wannabe neighborhood watch guy kills some kid, people lose their stuff and want to lynch him. Cop kills black kid, people smash and loot. So does this mean if a national guardsmen open's fire on a crowd of looter and hits a black looter, does this mean they will try and overthrow the government? If aliens come and vaporize a black guy, does this mean those protesters will go nuke mars?
