My server literally broke and I have no idea what to do. Everytime I enter my password it goes to a broken server where nothing works. It happened probably because I didn't update the rental key but idk. plz help, I was hoping this would be quicker than the support email,and i have already asked lots of questions and felt bad lol.

Unless you give enough details for the public to help you, the support email would be faster. Explain "broken server where nothing works."

On the start up you must enter your password. After this there is usually a selection of things (1-7) to do. I pressed 1, which starts the server. Instead of the normal console menu it was just asking for the rental BL ID code, which I wouldn't have. There is no way to leave from what I've tried and I can type things in. quit(); and shutdown(); do not work.

press CTRL + C twice while in your ssh client, it force-quits the server
