I can disable the screen that shows how to get into the bios in order to increase the time it takes to boot. The splash screen barely pops up before disappearing and the log in screen appearing.

from bios to full boot (all boot programs and everything) less than 20 seconds, probably around 15

sleep mode.
3 seconds to login yo

from power button to login probably 30 to 40 seconds (for my old ass laptop)

i don't turn off my computer lol

Bios to splash screen is about 10-15 seconds on my gaming pc
my macbook air takes about 5 seconds to start up

my new cintiq takes maybe 20 or so seconds if that counts

my bios takes a while, Probably a fast boot setting somewhere that I'm too lazy to find. Motherboard is also multiple firmware versions behind but it has trouble detecting usb drives so even more lazy.

I don't really turn my pc off anyway, Sleep mode yay.
(windows 7 sleep mode is so slow compared to windows 10 though, Even with ssd)

you should restart the poll, this time clarifying exactly what time you mean [from power button hit to logon screen]

old computer: from power button to windows splash, could take 30 seconds to a minute
new computer: power button to windows splash, 10-20 seconds.

My new SSD cut the time from the first time the bios shows to log-in screen to about 10 seconds.
