Trying to make people switch to Windows 8.1

Err, no, every OS after 98 has been extensively tested.

*cough* except windows 8 *cough*

Windows 8 had a way longer testing cycle than Windows 7. I see literally no reason to use any other Windows version over Windows 8.1.

i switched to windows 8.1 a while ago, there's seriously nothing wrong with it

Windows 8.1.

My point exactly, Windows 8 was basically "The Beta Test" and once they gathered what people hated about it, then they made the corrected windows 8.1.

yet again

i havent ever had that because of Start8

Congrats, you just made me buy something. GG.

Holy forget, I didn't have to restart to finish installing? It just loving appeared...

This truly is the future.

I know it had a longer beta test cycle because we were the beta testers, yes us the customers.

gobba grab that windows 8 even though windows 10 was supposed to come out before windows 7 was dropped ;-;

i dont get why so many people are hating on windows 8

it may be a bit ugly but when i use desktop mode its pretty much just the same as windows 7

the only thing missing is the start menu, but there pretty much already is a start menu by right clicking on the start icon

never heard of a 'charms' bar after a whole year of using windows 8, or a lot of the crap people are talking about on here

am i the only one that likes windows 8 sync feature :(

it syncs all your wallpapers and (most) settings to all the computers that you're logged in on

I am now a proper advocate of this Start8 program. Holy stuff, it's so beautiful.

people don't like change, they're simple minded.

windows 8.1 and the prebuild version of 10 is amazing.

i never installed any security updates to begin with. i'm doing fine.

I will certainly be buying windows 10, windows 8 just sucked major ass.
