edit: Forgot about some other tools I use. JRT is a good one, along with AdwCleaner. Rkill is also a good one, but it's mainly for getting rid of processes so your antivirus can do it's job. A much lesser known tool available to anyone using Windows 7(and 8) is Godmode, the string for which is GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
