You can edit the reshade.fx ingame.

Changing environment settings throws values way off, and is never consistent. I tried my best to keep day and night accurate.

Tried it out, works fine, everything seems easy enough to modify, but my GPU isn't good enough to actually enjoy the performance and look good at the same time :c
