That looks like BF3 when you look at the sun
Funfact: The map I used was operation metro from BF3
And its the lens dirt effect, but this really forgets everything up when you try to change settings so its kinda annoying.

This is caused by either:
1. not configuring Reshade.fx
2. having a graphics card that does not support OpenGL 4.3

how
do i fix this stupid
"MSCVP110.dll missing"

This was a pain in the ass to set up, but once it was running, it was perfect!
I loaded up slate city and started photo op'ing random crap. (If you want anything to look real, put bloom, tilt shift and max shaders. It's freaky.

I was gawking at the streets, because the bloom makes the stripe glow.

Schoolyard Blooms (have you noticed i loving love this bloom?)

My true form, basking in the sunlight.

yay.

It looks like the installer doesn't work with the steam version of Blockland.

EDIT: Also, can you change the settings while in-game? Never mind, yes you can.

Visiting back to v20, I took some screenies:

the last few pics look like regular pictures except the terrain is blinding.

is there a button to update the .fx file without needing to re-start the game?

It auto-applies while in-game I'm pretty sure.
