I'd say it's amazing, but right now I gotta update my drivers.  And the frame rate was...damn.  Even at the main menu.

Edit:  Updated my driver.  Looks fine now.  I've disabled everything but the Chapman's Lens Flare.  Seems to run smoothly.

What is the configuration you guys recommend? I want to try this out but I don't know what to enable.

I would definitely make your own settings. Bloom, Lens Dirt, SSAO, Levels, God Rays, and Vibrance, is a good start to fiddle around with. They are easy enough to tweak, but require some time to get right. As for performance, bloom will impact as well as God Rays. Don't even try the skyrim specific lens flares unless you want that "cinematic" 12 fps.

can't seem to turn it on
i even configured the keybind settings, set VK_NUMPAD0 as my toggle key, but when i press it in-game nothing happens
blockland can run at medium shaders for me, high shaders isn't so bad either

You don't turn it on, you just copy and paste the files into the BL folder, then start BL, and when a message pops up, you press "Ok" Then when you are in a game or hosting or whatever, you just go to your BL folder, open Reshade.fx (With notepad or whatever software you use), then you configure the settings in the file and save the changes to make them automatically apply to BL.

blah, i had to update my drivers, it's fixed now
although i can't seem to find where ReShade.fx is? Because I want to use the shader settings that A.P.X made, and all he gave was a reshade.fx file, so i'm guessing i replace it somewhere

all i see is sweet.fx in the main blockland folder

replace sweet.fx with reshade.fx

Lens flare doesn't work for me, it does absolutely nothing when I look at a light source.
I have the 3 png files in my blockland folder too.

I put the stupid files in the folder and no message appears saying ok. Works with other games like Wreckfest, but not Blockland!?!

when you copy ReShade32.dll into the blockland folder, rename it to opengl32.dll

Apparently enabling some options and disabling them removes the brick textures from bricks sometimes.

Tutorial:
Download Files: Everything you need

  • Once you have the zip file, extract all of the individual files over to your main blockland directory. (Not the .exe)
(See below)

(This is all you need without sweetfx)

(For Inclusion of Sweetfx)
  • After you have copied over the files, run "ReShade Setup.exe."

  • You will need to select the Blockland launcher now.
  • The launcher is what you would normally click on to launch blockland.

  • We will need to get the file location in order to inject ReShade.

  • Go back to the ReShade.exe and in the open box it gives you, paste the file location in the top text field.

  • Now start the game! (You should see white text over the launcher, as well as an agreement prompt)
