Alright, the Republic of Spain starts to officially mobilizing it's forces. The recruiting stations are quickly filled with volunteers supporting to what seems to them an unjust attack. The 80,000 already trained forces in Spanish Army are to be sent out in three areas, 20,00 in western Catalonia, 10,000 in central Andalusia, and 50,000 throughout Madrid.

Anti-Fascist and Socialist Parties in Spain are called out to support the cause against the Nationalists. The International Brigades is quickly formed, this will allow any foreign unit to volunteer for the Republican Army.

Socialist governments are called to support our side of the war, simply stating that this is war is a threat to the Communist cause and against the workers of Spain.

The volunteer army sent to Eastern Russia is, unfortunately, going to stay there. It is requested that it is to merged with the Soviet forces.

The Spanish navy attempts to blockade the Nationalist held Moroccan lands from the rest of Iberia.

Trade with Cuba is eliminated.

If "heavily supported" means a couple hundred men until Yorktown and nothing but rifles then you're right.
