Tezuni - Removing Credit from RL / Glorified Paywall

People who donate aren't added to the blacklist unless they become a major problem, and I don't believe we have yet to have any donor on the blacklist.
However that does not save you from being banned for days at a time.

In the original version you can get the trails for free, but for Tezuni's, to get the same trails you have to donate
I honestly wouldnt give a forget if all of the trails/mod were made by him

I'm almost more likely to ban someone who has donated and acts like an outright douchebag because they create the impression to other players that donating will get you some kind of immunity on the server.

When you donate to the server, you are not making a purchase. You are voluntarily choosing to help Tezuni pay for the server costs, and Tezuni voluntarily gives you some rewards.

If somebody did get blacklisted after they donated, it's probably because they decided to use their donation status as some kind of personal license to forget with other people, and they got banned for being repeatedly disruptive.

Maybe Im missing something here about the whole gamemode thing, but from what I got from it all, Tezuni is charging money for something that isnt even his own work (?)

He isn't charging any money because there is no exchange of money and product going on here.

Either way, doubt anyone (except a Tezuni fanturd) would go on these servers, the donations are absolutely PATHETIC. The server has already got more money than the pay check I have, and it's a simple server that doesn't need anymore donations. Call the donations off already.

This is an invalid complaint because Tezuni is giving the donor permission to use the trails. The trails do not become the donor's property, thus there is no exchange going on here.

i honestly dont see why he should, people like his servers and people are clearly willing to donate, so i think he should be able to keep doing it

I'll ask Tezuni if he wants to put 'hosted' before 'by' in the welcome message.

80% of the administration on the jailbreak server is done through the '/explain' mod. For like 10% of the time when people give fake explanations, an admin or moderator steps in.
